Centara Grand at CentralWorld

The room was spacious and had two large king-sized beds. There's a walk-in closet and the bathroom is well-divided into separate zones, including a large bathtub. They even have a gym and a spa available in the room, which is fantastic! I loved it and would definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

The staff were absolutely lovely! I didn't book in advance, and the mall was about to close, so I quickly booked through Trip.com and just headed straight up. I initially booked a standard room, but the wonderful staff upgraded me to a suite. I was so impressed that I'd love to go back and stay again! (They even gave me a welcome drink!)

The hotel is located directly above Central World, making its location super convenient. Downstairs, you'll find a shopping mall with everything you need for dining, entertainment, and shopping. Across the street, there's Big C, massage parlors, and Pratunam Market. You can even walk to the Siam area in under 10 minutes. The hotel breakfast is excellent and offers a wide variety of food for an additional 590 baht per person. They have Hainanese chicken rice, skewers, salads, pastries, and even noodle soup – fantastic! 👍👍👍 Additionally, the hotel upgraded us to a deluxe twin room. The housekeeping staff are wonderful; every day when they clean the room, they arrange animal towels on the bed! 👍👍

Loved absolutely everything! It was clean, the view was great, breakfast had a huge variety, the pool was clean, it's conveniently located near the mall, and the bed was huge and comfortable.

The hotel is right next to CentralWorld in Bangkok, making it super convenient for shopping and dining. This is my third time staying here in Bangkok. The high floor offers fantastic city views, and the front desk service is excellent. Upon check-in, I received vouchers for the rooftop bar and food, which are great for experiencing their afternoon tea and night views.

It's so easy to shop, dine, or even walk to the Siam area. 🛍️🍽️ The room was spacious, clean, and offered a beautiful city view, especially at night – the ambiance was wonderful. 🌃🛏️ All the in-room amenities were complete, allowing for a comfortable stay. The staff provided excellent service; they were polite and very helpful from check-in to check-out, making my stay smooth and making me feel well taken care of. 💕🙏🏻 Another thing I loved was the convenience of the location, as you can walk directly into the mall. It's perfect for those on vacation, shopping, or on a business trip in Bangkok. Overall, it's a hotel that excels in location, convenience, rooms, and service.
