935 Ocean, a Beachside Inn

This place is a gem!! Super easy check-in process, helpful staff, clean property and room, amenities were just right with great music at the surf shack! Parking was easy and available, great views and beach access across street, Highly recommend this place for just a couple or a family!! Thanks to all for a great time!

Sadly we only stayed for one night! Looking to book again soon. Great play and far enough from the busy ***** but yet close to drive.

Overall a good experience with a couple of small issues. The lock on the bathroom door was broken, the handle on the mini fridge falls right off when you try to use it, and a staff member somewhat rudely told my son to not block the sidewalk while we were clearly loading things into the back of my SUV and no one else was around. I was in the room when that happened so they didnt know I heard them, but I doubt they would have spoken to me in the same manner. Otherwise the room was fine, the live music by the little bar was nice, the pool was... there... but its small and a bit worn out. Location was good. Room could have used a safe as I had a large amount of cash with me and resorted to hiding it in the Bible. Otherwise everything was fine.

I loved my stay the room was clean, quiet and a beach view. I also liked the fact that is was digital entry I did have to dig for a room key.

Not a fan, paid for an extra night we did not use because of the ants and no housekeeping services. On the first floor like sleeping in the road.

What a beautiful surprise, the place was amazing! Ocean views, staff was friendly helpful I can not wait to return and stay longer

Our room was unexpectedly huge! We booked the Oceanfront Queen Suite w/ Kitchen and stayed in room 101. It is on the ground floor, with patio doors you can pull right up to, so it's easy to unload your car. There is a large living room, with lots of windows and a sofa bed. My 17yr old son slept there and found it comfortable, he is 6'3" 200lbs. The queen bed in the separate bedroom was also very comfortable. Next up was the kitchen. We expected a kitchenette, but it was a full size kitchen with a dining room table. There is a large, sunny shared deck off the back, a huge yard with 2 propane fire pits and other seating. We didn't get to use the outdoor pool, but it looked well maintained. Initially we were disappointed at the size of the only washroom, just off the kitchen....until we realized on the last night that there is a full size washroom off the living room as well! The door was closed when we arrived, and just figured it was another closet. SMH :) So there are two washrooms, one with a tub/shower and the smaller one that has a shower also. The only misleading thing is that the room is "oceanfront" but doesn't have an ocean view as it's on the ground level and the seawall blocks the view. However, you can just cross the street and enjoy the view/beach. All in all we were very impressed with our room, and the staff were great! See you again!

Very nice place to stay. Room was very clean and directly across from the beach. Coffee shop close by and check in and out was very convenient with free parking with sticker. I would highly recommend to others. Staff was available and very nice too!

Very nice accommodations in the quieter stretch of Hampton Beach. The room was small, but very neat and clean. Located just across the street from a parking lot on the ocean side.
