The location is fantastic, and the service is excellent. The hotel environment is incredibly clean. The front desk lady was exceptionally beautiful and gentle. I absolutely loved the hotel's style, and it offers great value for money. This is definitely my top choice for a second visit. Five-star level, highly recommended! I assure you I'm not an imposter! For families traveling with seniors and children, this is the absolute best recommendation for a hotel near Tiananmen Square.

I was very satisfied with my stay. The staff were attentive and efficient, and the room was clean and tidy. They were also very responsible. The only downside was that the air conditioning in the lobby was too hot. It was hot when I left in the morning and still hot when I returned in the afternoon. I hope this can be improved. Everything else was perfect, and I was very happy with my stay. Highly recommended!

The bathroom facilities were all good, but due to the small room size, there was no separate wet and dry area. The front desk service was excellent; I was lucky enough to get a room upgrade on the day of check-in.
