First room dirty and dusty, I’m allergic to dust and I start to sneeze once in the room. I ask to change, they upgrade to bigger room, unfortunately afte 30 min start to lick in water everywhere inside. Can’t fix, so again move room to smaller one, thy call “studio room”… zero privacy from the window because who ever on pool can see inside your room. For last 3 nights asked to pic up with Tuk Tuk at bts station, last night called and we waited 15 min none arrived. Called again they said service is closed for today… they sent someone in the end to pick up us. I ask extension of 5 more days, plus I also said I’ll need extend probably again till end of the month, the girl at desk said/ your room is more expensive that what you are paying… this is your problem not mine, you has issue and dirty and broke rooms. She said need to talk to supervisor, I ask to get call in room , she said 5 min, never anyone called. At the moment we check out someone identified herself as manager start to try to fix the issue and ask if we want a room now…!! After packed and ready to check out??? An more funny!! After 3 hours check out we got a mail from front office manager with apologise! But the funny part , the female manager she excuse her staff at desk saying: she made mistake because she just back from vacation!! No comment!

I am deeply disappointed by the standards of this hotel after everything I experienced during my stay. The problems began on the first day when a male staff member (photo) raised his voice at me simply because I requested an extra key card. I had to walk away in embarrassment because I didn't get a chance to explain. We needed one to keep the electricity running while leaving the room at different times, yet he insisted it wasn’t possible. I had to seek assistance from Trip.com support just to resolve it and was provided a keycard later on. Despite waiting longer at check-in for a room with a view, the hotel then showed no understanding when I asked for a one-hour late checkout due to a delayed flight. Instead, I was told I would be charged per hour based strictly on the checkout time of 12:30pm. To make matters worse, on the final day I accidentally left my phone in the room. The same staff member who had shouted at me earlier handled our luggage. Housekeeping reportedly informed him about the phone, yet he failed to notify me. I had to go back upstairs and search for it myself, assuming I had lost it elsewhere in the elevator. When questioned, about why didn't he inform me, he claimed he hadn’t seen the phone even though he would have had to read the clearance message from housekeeping to confirm our checkout. I have to emphasize that it is worrying to see how one particular staff can affect the service experience provided. I want to compliment the housekeeping staff for always keeping my room clean with the sheets changed.

The hotel is located in the middle of Soi 36, within walking distance of BTS Thonglor. You can also walk through Soi 38 using the pathway. The hotel offers a tuk-tuk service until 8 PM, which is very convenient. The room size, cleanliness, modern building, and affordable price make it a great choice for a 3-night stay in Bangkok.

clean environment, nice breakfast (especially the egg bread). people are nice with fast response. Especially the front desk manager, very sweet and professional

Located in a soi, 8 min walk to BTS. Room are decent size. However gym & pool is small but still good!

Good location with a few minutes walking distance to BTS. Towel a bit stain. Need to ask front house for toothbrush and slippers. Overall, a satisfied stay with this budget.
