We like this hotel. The front desk service was friendly and efficient. The guy working there even knows a few chinese words. The hotel has a cool design. The rooms are comfortable, my main complaint is the curtain is not very dark. The bathrooms are good, too. It feels like a classy hotel overall.

Good service

Excellent service, beautiful interiors, and a great location in a neighborhood surrounded by cafés, restaurants, and local services. Our room was spacious, with a very comfortable bed, and completely quiet—some of the best sleep we’ve had. The bathroom was also spacious, with a great toilet and shower. We would definitely stay here again. It doesn’t feel like a chain hotel at all; it has a real personal touch

This was our second trip from the US to Berlin as we fell in love with the city when we visited 2 years ago. Roomers was in a different area from where we stayed last time (Berlin Marriott) but it was in the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty family (at which we always try to stay). It was a first class experience from the second we stepped through the door (chilled wine and treats during checkin) to the accomodation of every need. Kirsten and Maria were paricularly helpful and Nick at the bar was fun and attentive. The location is perfect in that public transportation is a short walk away (I'm 74) as are coffee shops, a supermarket and lots of other shopping. A quick trip on the underground will take you anywhere you want to go in Berlin, from Alexanderplatz to Potsdamer Platz to the Brandenberg gate. We felt very safe and pampered, as the fitness center was very good and a "Happy Birthday" was written on my bathroom mirror when we returned from celebrating. The hotel itself is unique and beautiful, comfortable beds and wonderful staff. Highly recommend.
