It seems there were a lot of guests, so they couldn't accommodate our request to add breakfast. Other than that, the public bath wasn't crowded, so we had no issues.

It's a little inconvenient without a car, but there is a large public bath and several roadside restaurants nearby. However, there are no convenience stores. Matsushima is about 20 minutes away from the hotel, so it's neither particularly close nor far.

It was about a 15-minute walk from the station. I was looking for a reasonably priced place, so this was good, but it felt a little far! It was nice that there was a large public bath. To enter the women's bath, you need to exchange your key at the front desk, so it was good for security!

The front desk staff were very friendly, and the large communal bath was small but nice. The refrigerator in the room was so small that it barely held anything. That was a bit of a disappointment.

I requested a non-smoking room, but it was a smoking room. Thank you for pleasantly changing it.

I was traveling with my son and his wife, and initially planned to stay in two rooms for two nights, but when we tried to book, we were only able to reserve one room. So when I called the hotel, they were very kind and accommodating! The hotel breakfast is a buffet, but it's cheap and delicious! There are also lots of restaurants and places to play nearby! The nearby aquarium is a great place for both children and adults to have fun all day long!

I used this hotel while traveling to a live concert. It was only a 10-minute drive from the venue, so it was really convenient! I only stayed overnight without breakfast, but I was very satisfied. The hair dryer had a strong wind, which was very helpful. I had a lot of questions, like about the hotel parking lot and whether it was okay to turn right, but they answered my questions clearly and politely. I would definitely use it again!

The food was well seasoned. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The price was also cheaper than other business hotels.
