W Stay - Busan City Hall

I was very happy to come back again, and everything else was pretty good. The value for money is excellent, and the environment is lovely. It's truly great – bright and spacious, and very clean. The service was also good. Having a microwave was a nice touch, everything was spotless and comfortable. I'll definitely come again next time, it was fantastic.

Great location, right by Lianshan Station on Metro Lines 1 and 3... It's on the east side of Busan, convenient for getting to Haeundae and Lotte Outlets. The room was a studio apartment, and it wasn't cleaned (apparently, cleaning service is only provided after 8 nights). It was my first time experiencing a bathroom where the wet and dry areas aren't separated, which was interesting... Overall, it was just okay 😂

The room was great, exceeding my expectations! It had a fridge and a washing machine. Although there wasn't a dryer, there was a drying rack, and clothes dried quickly on the balcony. The only downside was that I checked in a bit late, so the only rooms left were facing the street. You could sometimes hear outside noises at night, so I recommend checking in earlier. Also, a big thanks to the staff for their helpful and warm service!

The hotel was fantastic! The front desk staff spoke Chinese, which was a huge plus. It was super clean, and definitely great value for money. I absolutely loved my stay, and the location was perfect. All the furnishings were complete and very practical.

This hotel is super comfortable! We stayed on the sixth floor and it was really warm. The staff were very helpful and also assisted with luggage storage. It's about a 30-minute subway ride to the beach, but I'd still highly recommend it. Busan is truly beautiful!
