The room and service were both very cozy, convenient, and quiet. I stayed for over a week, and the surrounding area was full of yacht marinas and restaurants. It's also super close to the city center. It's a shame I couldn't make full use of the gym due to personal reasons; I could have gotten a great workout in there.

Loved everything about it. Quant 70s inspired beauty in a prime location, sky tower view from the pool and spa. Menu of pillows for a sound sleep and a delish breakfast to end! People were amazing and service second to none. Thank you. We will be back.

The staff were all great and very reactive to any requests, e.g extra towels. Nothing was too much trouble. Great location too being so close to the Viaduct. Really enjoyed the breakfast, recommend the eggs Benedict and French toast ! 😊

The score for cleanliness was downgraded because the pool was green and murky. The room was fine. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. That was a nice feature. The location was excellent for our needs.

This hotel was located next to the wharf and had great access to transportation. It had a small boutique feel and was unique. The staff was outstanding. Helpful with directions and suggestions of things to do. Our stay included breakfast and it was very good. Thanks for a wonderful stay in Auckland.
