The hotel service was excellent; they even helped with pick-up and drop-off at the taxi stand. The staff spoke excellent English and were professionally dressed.
The hotel was tastefully decorated, and the breakfast was delicious. The hot water was also readily available. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful riad, lovely staff and a great breakfast. Only let down by malfunctioning ac in the bedroom which despite trying the staff couldnt fix.

We had a wonderful stay at Riad Safran et Soleil. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and full of charm. What truly made our experience special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help.
They assisted us with transportation, answered all our questions, and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. Their hospitality exceeded our expectations.
Thank you for making our visit to Marrakech so memorable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers.
