Vista Encantada Spa Resort & Residences

My wife unfortunately broke her ankle and was on crutches the entire trip. Thank goodness for the golf cart transportation at the resort. The drivers go above and beyond to remember your plans and let you move easily throughout the resort. I have a few drivers that were outstanding: Isi, Felipe, Darrell, and Moses made our trip wonderful. Without this, we would have been out of luck.

Gorgeous views! From the sky gym, the infinity pools and the clifftop, the views of the city, the ocean and Lands End were breathtaking. As a solo traveler on a health retreat, I did not buy the all-inclusive package; instead, I ate from the delicious offerings of the coffee shop deli, with a few light lunches and dinners at the resort restaurants. The market had a decent selection to fill in the gaps. If you can walk up steep paths, then there are ample vistas to find all around the adjoining resort. I spent an hour in the gym each morning then 2 hour-long walks throughout the day. Everywhere you turn are lush arid gardens and ocean views! My only disappointment was the shortage of evening entertainment. I would definitely return though.

Just got back from our stay at Vista Encantada Resort and all I can say is "When can I come back??" Our stay was absolutely fantastic and I can't rave about this place enough. The room we stayed in was absolutely divine. With a gorgeous view, huge bed, huge room, huge tub, huge two person shower, we felt simply spoiled for our 20th anniversary. Everyone there bent over backwards to help us and make us feel truly welcome. When we arrived we were ushered to a desk where we were presented with the opportunity to take a presentation in exchange for some gifts. We accepted, getting a discounted price on the All Inclusive for a couple days, a day of car rental and a few days use of the wet areas of the spa. The presentation was... a timeshare presentation. If you've ever experienced one, you know what it was like. I will say that residence we were shown was gorgeous for what it's worth. During our stay there were a few moments where we were asked if we'd like to take advantage of some or other deal or package, but it never felt pushy. Most of all we fell in love with the resort. The food at all the locations was fantastic. The drinks were plentiful. The pools were just pristine. If anything felt too far to walk, we were simply offered a golf cart ride. A few people were standout among the rest. Among the bellhops, Leonardo often showed up to help us out. At the Atico, Kevin was an absolute delight as a waiter. But above and beyond the rest was Fany, our butler. She became like family in our short stay and I already miss her. She helped us out so much during our stay, even assisting during her day off. She always had a bright smile for us every time we saw her. If you see her, please let her know Jason & Jessica miss her! One small caveat, apparently the Four Seasons is building a hotel or resort right in front of the Vista Encantada, so if you're going to go, go soon before the view is marred by the other building!

Beautiful views of Cabo!! Food is superb!! And María was wonderful. We had the catch of the day, shrimp risotto and surf and turf. The filet was the best here! Gravy was delicious. Lobster was best cooked we’ve had, but a little small and could have used a little seasoning or butter. Blacked Sea Bass was spicy but wonderful!!

Tequila tasting with Moses was such a great experience. We learned new things and had a blast!! Best part was the service! Cheers!

Be Advised about Vista Encantada Amazing resort with amazing people. We spent three weeks in Cabo and we did not get enough of it we can do at least three more. Using the Gym on Vista Encantada top floor was a blessing. Cesar the Gym trainer was the best, giving us advice and corrections on our training positions and postures. We will be back for sure, next year! Asta la vista baby! Eugen

Moses did a fine job, but the venue could of been better. Moses was hard to hear because of the construction noise.

We love coming here and hope to be back again and again! This is our second trip here. We brought our son and his fiancé this time as well, a great place to celebrate their impending nuptials as well as their college graduations. We also want to give a special shout out to Elder, the very best concierge, and Mario, our favorite bartender at the lobby bar! They both take excellent care of us!

Our spring break trip to Hacienda Encantada Resort & Residences was everything we dreamed of and more. It was fun, relaxing, and completely unforgettable!!! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how genuinely kind, attentive, and fun the staff were. The resort itself is absolutely stunning. It is beautifully designed, spacious, and full of things to do. You could easily spend an entire week there without ever needing to leave and still not get bored. What truly made this trip next level was the staff. We cannot rave enough about Mia, Melissa, Gustavo, Ernesto, Cesar (seriously, the BEST), Arielle, Adrian, Juan (from the sister resort), Isabel, and Aristeo. These were not just staff members. They made our entire experience. They remembered us, checked in on us constantly, made us laugh, and brought such amazing energy every single day. It never felt forced. They genuinely cared about making sure we had the best time possible. Cesar especially stood out. He went above and beyond every single day and made everything more fun. Being around this team was honestly one of the highlights of our trip. Another huge perk is that there is a shuttle included that takes you to their sister resort every hour. If you are looking for more of a party scene, that is definitely the place to go. It was such a fun option to have while still being able to come back to Hacienda Encantada for a more relaxed vibe. The food was also incredible. There are over eight restaurants on the property, and every single meal we had was amazing. A special shoutout to Los Riscos. The views, the atmosphere, and the food were all next level and definitely a highlight of the trip. Our only small complaint was with the room. It was listed as sleeping eight but comfortably fit six, and we did not get the ocean view we expected. We booked through *******, so that may have played a role. That said, the staff handled everything so kindly and did their best to accommodate us, which we really appreciated. The room itself was still beautiful and worked perfectly for what we needed. There was construction outside our patio that blocked the view, but honestly, there are so many breathtaking views around the resort that it did not take away from the experience. Overall, we would 100 percent recommend staying here. If you can, request a higher floor for those unreal ocean views. They are absolutely worth it. We had the best time and miss it already. This place and especially the people made our spring break unforgettable!
