Vista Encantada Spa Resort & Residences

Vista Encantada is a stunning resort overlooking the sea of Cortez as well as the Cabo arches and Pacific. My granddaughter and I purchased a partial ownership a couple years ago and are always happy to return. Elder Periban is always there to greet us with a hug and makes our trip special. He facilitates whatever we need himself and we did not have to go through middle people. He is warm and caring like a family member. You should ask for him when you go. The resort features we love are the Beachside pool and lounge chairs with an amazing view, the rooftop pool and additional hot tubs, and the beautiful spa with the hot tub, sauna, steam room, and pool with a beautiful sea view. The staff throughout the resort are amazing in their thoughtfulness. The young man who drove me in a golf cart to tour the beautiful chapel on the cliff told me about the chapel and took amazing photos for me. We can’t wait till our next return.

We absolutely love Hacienda Encantada, but one of the biggest reasons we look forward to returning is our wonderful concierge, Elder! Elder goes above and beyond every single time we visit. He is warm, welcoming, attentive, professional, and always greets us with the biggest smile. He has a wonderful way of making you feel like you’re not simply another guest at a resort—you feel like you’re being welcomed back by a friend. Whether we need help with something during our stay, have a question, or simply stop by to say hello, Elder is always happy to see us and willing to help. His kindness and genuine personality are something you just don’t forget. Beautiful resorts are easy to find, but it’s the people who make a place truly special. Elder is one of those people. He has become part of what we love about coming back to Hacienda Encantada, and our trips to Cabo simply wouldn’t feel the same without seeing him. Thank you, Elder, for always taking such wonderful care of us and for making us feel so special. We had another wonderful stay at Hacienda Encantada! The resort is beautiful, the views are incredible, and it’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy Cabo. What can I say about my man Elder Periban. His friendly attitude, attentiveness, and genuine desire to make sure we were having a great time made a real difference. People like Elder are what turn a good vacation into a truly memorable one. We spent a lot of time relaxing by the pool, enjoying the beautiful surroundings, and taking in the amazing views. The resort was clean, the service was excellent, and the entire atmosphere made it easy to unwind. We’ve enjoyed Hacienda Encantada enough to keep coming back, and this visit was another reminder of why we love it here. We had eight family members in a four bedroom unit in the Vista Encantada building room 4455. Amazing patio view of the ocean. There is construction going on at the property next door, but our view was unobstructed. The staff was amazing and I’m going to give a shout out to Elder, Luis, Daniel, Clemente, Felipe, Luis Alberto. The staff at IL Forno and the pools Ingrid, Samuel, Kevin and Omar. I’m missing many names of the staff that made our stay incredible. They made us feel incredibly special. The shuttle to the Marina Fiesta was great. Our housekeeper was amazing. I’ve been to Los Cabos many times, but felt this was an incredible stay at an incredible resort. We will be back. ❤️

We had a two bedroom booked for Vista Encantada, which is a great place, been several times, unfortunately there is construction taking place right next to the building another resort. Our view was severely obstructed and the noise unbearable. After contacting our concierge, we were moved to the Hacienda Residences, three bedroom houses on the same property. These homes are spectacular with a super amount of room, a private pool and spa, cabana with swim up bar with a grill and frig. Super large upstairs and downstairs balcony. This was was beyond my expectations and we really appreciate the extra care.

Unbelievable week Vista Encantada is our secret little cabo place. Ask for Elder. He gives the best service and recommendations in Cabo!

My wife unfortunately broke her ankle and was on crutches the entire trip. Thank goodness for the golf cart transportation at the resort. The drivers go above and beyond to remember your plans and let you move easily throughout the resort. I have a few drivers that were outstanding: Isi, Felipe, Darrell, and Moses made our trip wonderful. Without this, we would have been out of luck.

Gorgeous views! From the sky gym, the infinity pools and the clifftop, the views of the city, the ocean and Lands End were breathtaking. As a solo traveler on a health retreat, I did not buy the all-inclusive package; instead, I ate from the delicious offerings of the coffee shop deli, with a few light lunches and dinners at the resort restaurants. The market had a decent selection to fill in the gaps. If you can walk up steep paths, then there are ample vistas to find all around the adjoining resort. I spent an hour in the gym each morning then 2 hour-long walks throughout the day. Everywhere you turn are lush arid gardens and ocean views! My only disappointment was the shortage of evening entertainment. I would definitely return though.

Just got back from our stay at Vista Encantada Resort and all I can say is "When can I come back??" Our stay was absolutely fantastic and I can't rave about this place enough. The room we stayed in was absolutely divine. With a gorgeous view, huge bed, huge room, huge tub, huge two person shower, we felt simply spoiled for our 20th anniversary. Everyone there bent over backwards to help us and make us feel truly welcome. When we arrived we were ushered to a desk where we were presented with the opportunity to take a presentation in exchange for some gifts. We accepted, getting a discounted price on the All Inclusive for a couple days, a day of car rental and a few days use of the wet areas of the spa. The presentation was... a timeshare presentation. If you've ever experienced one, you know what it was like. I will say that residence we were shown was gorgeous for what it's worth. During our stay there were a few moments where we were asked if we'd like to take advantage of some or other deal or package, but it never felt pushy. Most of all we fell in love with the resort. The food at all the locations was fantastic. The drinks were plentiful. The pools were just pristine. If anything felt too far to walk, we were simply offered a golf cart ride. A few people were standout among the rest. Among the bellhops, Leonardo often showed up to help us out. At the Atico, Kevin was an absolute delight as a waiter. But above and beyond the rest was Fany, our butler. She became like family in our short stay and I already miss her. She helped us out so much during our stay, even assisting during her day off. She always had a bright smile for us every time we saw her. If you see her, please let her know Jason & Jessica miss her! One small caveat, apparently the Four Seasons is building a hotel or resort right in front of the Vista Encantada, so if you're going to go, go soon before the view is marred by the other building!
