I can’t speak more highly of this gorgeous,lush, whimsical resort. Where do I even start? The luxury tent was fabulous- it was elegant, comfortable and aesthetically beautiful- you stayed in a tent that had hard wood floors, soft brown leather, wooden panels, windows that over look the outside green and a patio with a private pool. Everything is personalised for you, from the letters you find on your desk or on the bed, to the turn down service to the messages you recieve on your phone- you are treated like royalty. I don’t think he word no exists is in their dictionary- they try to accommodate your every need, my room with my private pool was overlooking a spot that wasn’t as private as I liked- when I asked they not only changed my room, they upgraded me and gave me a toom with an even bigger pool and created a partition to ensure it was to my liking. They change your towels twice a day, fill up your fruit platter in your room, give you a choice to have breakfast or lunch, and since it’s à la carte, they let me choose multiple dishes to try out very single day at no extra charge. If you have a chance to experience the river side BBQ- it’s imperative- the experience isn’t complete without it-It’s truly a night to remember, the entertainment, the food made by a chef who worked for the royal family, the Balinese dancing, the live band and a short movie talking about the history of Bali.
The location of the resort overlooking the valley is mind blowing - one doesn’t need to go anywhere, just sit and absorb the beauty.
