Aircon spoilt and leaked one of the nights but they fixed it the next day. Apart from that, everything was good

The beautiful clean room I loved it, it has a pool the wonderful cleaning service my room had a beautiful mountain view I highly recommend it.

We had a lovely stay, very clean and new. Lovely restaurants and cafes very near, night markets near by and easy to book excursions picked up from the hotel!

Hotel location is convenient and the staffs are helpful and friendly. The toilet has a sewage smell and the shower water temperature was inconsistent. I own thinking it is not a suitable place to stay with young children. Hotel is an open concept and lift does not need card to access. The rooms are not sound proof. But daily the staffs will do the cleaning for the hotels.

The bed was extremely comfortable - I honestly haven't slept this well in a long time! That alone made the stay very enjoyable and would be the main reason I return. However, there are a few things that could be improved. The Wi-Fi was not stable or strong, even when I was on Level 2. It often disconnected, which was a bit frustrating. The hot shower also changed temperature from hot to cold quite frequently. The staff were polite, but not as warm or welcoming as what I've experienced at other places in Thailand. Overall, if I come back, it will be because of the amazing bed. Great comfort, just needs better Wi-Fi, stable hot water, and friendlier service.

This is definitely a hotel we would be happy to visit again.
