The service was so good that I forgot I was in the United States! Compared to 5-star hotels in other cities, I didn't feel any heartwarming service. When I arrived at the Four Seasons, I was upgraded to a room and given a fruit plate. The fruit was good and delicious. Every waiter should have been strictly trained, always smiling, and the spa was even more luxurious. I left very good memories! When I arrived at the Four Seasons in Atlanta, the service was downgraded to the standard 5🌟

Helping a friend's family make reservations. The service in the US is definitely not as good as in China. Cleanliness is very average. Many places are cleaned sloppily. Overall it is much worse than Four Seasons in Asia.

I stayed here during a business trip. The hotel is located at the intersection of Pennsylvania Avenue and M Street in Georgetown and in typical FS fashion is tasteful and understated. The rooms have been updated and they are well done. Small quirks. No phones in the bathroom is odd for a luxury hotel. Additionally, my suite opened first into the the bedroom rather than the living room. That was also odd. Bourbon + Steak is a good restaurant and has a good bar scene. Overall this is a good FS and a good place to stay in DC. If you have work to do in downtown or on Capitol Hill you might consider staying elsewhere.

As with every Four Seasons we stay at the staff are top notch - anticipating and ready to help at any given moment. Our first room unfortunately had a residual smell of someone who had smoked in it (of course against hotel rules)- not a problem we got switched out into a nicer room. This was in the wing extension - whilst it was very large and nicely decorated I would have probably added another carpet to soften the space as is so large. The gym facility was perfect. The breakfast room also served very healthy dishes, and hey presto they had Matzah for the holiday. Just a shame that the architecture of the building is not in keeping with Georgetown splendour.

The price for an overnight stay is definitely exorbitant, disproportionate to the services provided, the standard, and the comfort of the rooms. The room furnishings are decidedly from a bygone era, with an emphasis on worn-out, old, and damaged items. The cleanliness in the room leaves much to be desired – after all, the Four Seasons is considered the best, and therefore the most expensive, hotel in the city – dust, and more dust!

I attended a wedding reception at the Four Seasons this weekend. The setting was lovely and the food delicious. Mostly, I wanted to comment on the service. With the permission of the bride, we asked to take some of the delicious food to a friend who was ill and unable to attend. A member of the wait staff, Rachid, overheard our conversation and without asking, packaged up an assortment of food for us. He added his good wishes for our friend. Rachid really was just lovely. The Four Seasons is fortunate to have staff like him.

We checked in here for a few days and had two rooms, one was very kindly upgraded to a suite. That said both rooms were good sizes and lovely. The suite had an excellent bathroom, which is something that seems to be in short supply in the US. All the usual things apply here the shower pressure was excellent and bed comfortable. I am sure there are newer more flashy hotels but what really sets this apart is the amazing staff. We had such lovely, cheerful and efficient staff at breakfast they were truly a joy. As was the food at breakfast and room service. The concierge team was so helpful, and knowledgeable nothing was too much trouble they really made our stay. Such an in-depth knowledge of the city, art and museums. I am currently at another hotel and missing the expert advice that was so warmly given by the concierge team. The hotel was in a great location with so many eateries and shops within walking distance.
