Chongqing Ronghui Grand Hotel

I hosted a conference at Ronghui International Hotel this time and I am extremely satisfied! The service was spot on, the meeting arrangements were well-organized, and the stay was very comfortable. The lobby is huge and gorgeous—any setup looks amazing here, and the conference atmosphere was fantastic. The front desk staff were awesome, warm, and professional, responding to any requests very quickly. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I will definitely choose this place again for future events!

The environment is comfortable, the hot springs are relaxing, and the restaurant serves great food. With everything for dining, entertainment, and relaxation all in one place, it was totally hassle-free and cozy. The duty manager is a lovely Russian lady who provided exceptional service—warm, attentive, and truly impressive. Having a place like this right on my doorstep is so convenient. I will definitely be coming back often!

A boutique hotel I absolutely adore and love. It's very understated, the service is warm and welcoming, and the rooms are clean and hygienic. Best of all, it's right next to Ronghui Hot Springs, which is considered top-tier in Chongqing. The hot spring experience was amazing and super awesome. The butler recommended some authentic local noodles that were delicious.

I urgently needed to print some documents and account files, and when I mentioned it to the front desk, they handled it for me right away. Their response time was super fast, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable with well-maintained amenities. The thoughtful service continued throughout my entire stay, with prompt assistance whenever needed. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I will definitely choose to stay here again next time. I booked this hotel for my family member, and she couldn't stop praising it to me! Customer service contacted us before check-in to ask about our room preferences. Learning that elderly guests would be staying, they arranged a room close to the elevator for us. At check-in, when the front desk found out it was my family member's birthday, they even prepared a small cake for us. We were truly touched! We will definitely choose this hotel for any future stays. Absolutely top-notch!

The front desk receptionist was super welcoming and made the check-in process extremely fast. She even proactively recommended some local food stalls that locals love to frequent. Once the window was closed, it was quiet and completely peaceful—absolute top-tier value for money!

The room was great, and the front desk staff were very nice too. However, I was shocked when I sat on the sofa in the lobby for a little while in the morning, and a staff member came over to tell me that sitting there required ordering and paying for tea, and that I could only sit at the two small tables opposite the front desk 😅😅 Isn't this a hotel lobby? It's ridiculous—they're money-grubbing to the extreme. The kicker is that when I looked in the afternoon, it was packed with people who didn't seem to have ordered any tea at all. Talk about double standards.
