I always prefer staying at HUAZHU hotels. Compared to JI Hotel, Orange Crystal has a gentler and more relaxing vibe overall. The large mirror right by the entrance really makes the space feel bigger. The room details are also very thoughtfully done; the humidifying setup, aroma, and lighting are all perfect. After a busy day out, coming back to the room truly lets me unwind and relax.

The hotel is surrounded by comprehensive amenities, with the subway and shopping malls just a stone's throw away, offering everything you need for dining, entertainment, and shopping. The rooms are spotless, the restaurant serves delicious food, and the service is gentle and courteous. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

The room was spotlessly clean, and the mattress had just the right firmness, making for a truly relaxing stay. The 20th-floor gym is open all day, perfect for a quick workout during downtime, and the late-night snacks were a heartwarming touch. Both the front desk and housekeeping staff were very polite and promptly resolved any issues. The overall decor is simple yet elegant, creating a great ambiance. With excellent hygiene, service, and amenities, it was a comfortable and reassuring stay. I'd definitely recommend it to my friends.

The Orange Crystal Hotel at Shenzhen Bay MixC was a fantastic experience! The location is superb, right next to Houhai Metro Station, and you can directly access MixC shopping and dining downstairs. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the smart home devices were very convenient to use. The front desk staff were professional and attentive, check-in was efficient, and any requests were promptly handled. The hotel environment is quiet and it also has a gym and a self-service laundry room, which is great.

The hotel is new, and the smell of the renovation is very strong, making my eyes water and me cough in the mornings. Even though it's on a high floor, the noise is quite loud. A staff member came in with a key without knocking (they said they didn't know anyone had checked in). There were two bottles of shampoo but no shower gel. The location is great, and the breakfast is good. The price is relatively high.

Orange Crystal hotels have always been consistently reliable in my experience. The overall service, environmental quality, and design style consistently leave a great impression on me. This particular branch has an excellent location right in the city center. Although it's located in an office building, it boasts three dedicated elevators, so there's never any crowding. Being on a high floor, the views are absolutely fantastic.

The location is excellent, with Shenzhen Bay Sports Center right across the road. Our family of three stayed in an executive room on a floor above the 20th, and the view was unbeatable. The hotel room was very new, spacious, and bright, with plenty of drinks. The customer service staff were also very friendly. We arrived quite late and realized we had forgotten our Hong Kong power adapter. They immediately sent one up to our room via a robot, which was incredibly satisfying.

This is a newly opened hotel, and the environment, service, and facilities are top-notch. Just a heads-up for parking, make sure to park in Zone A by the elevators downstairs for easy access. The staff even upgraded me to a sea view suite, which was fantastic!
