The townhouse room quite nice and the view on top at swim pool really an amazing. Next time I will come for my 2nd to visit bangkok again

I stayed at the hotel for four days. The location and surrounding amenities were excellent – just a 3-minute walk to the On Nut BTS station, with a night market, convenience stores, and bars nearby. However, the water pressure in the room was inconsistent, fluctuating between high and low, and the hot water supply was also unstable. Secondly, the shower enclosure has a design flaw: even when the glass door is fully closed, water still leaks out into the main living room area. Thirdly, due to the above issues, water has seeped under the tiles over time, causing them to become uneven. As can be seen in the photo, the hotel only carried out a superficial repair; I nearly cut my foot because of it. Finally, when I checked out, the ground-floor reception desk was completely unattended. I had to wait five minutes before a staff member arrived to assist with storing my luggage. For me, this overall experience made the hotel feel far from deserving of its five-star rating. I was genuinely disappointed.

Amazing hotel!super clean, the best breakfast. The only problem is that is quite far from the basic attractions of Bangkok.It also has a gorgeous view.

This review covers my second stay at the hotel (October 4-8) after a positive experience in September (19.09-25.08). While the basic elements remain excellent, there where some things that i Whated to mention The most frustrating change was the complete removal of the fresh, natural juice station at breakfast. Given that Bangkok is known for its incredible fresh produce, the absence of this station, which was a highlight of my September visit (see attached photo), is unacceptable and a major downgrade . Finally, a request for a simple pair of scissors to cut a luggage tag late at night revealed a severe lack of guest-focused service. I was told by the reception agent to bring the whole suitcase down to the lobby instead of the hotel sending someone up with scissors to assist. While I understand safety policies regarding sharp objects, asking a guest to come down with luggage late at night is not a standard of a high-end hotel. A proper 5-star solution would be to dispatch a staff member to the room to perform the quick task. On the positive side: Prompt and efficient fulfillment of requests: Anything we asked for was delivered quickly and efficiently, which is commendable. The 1+1 happy hour at the pool bar (5 PM to 7 PM) was very enjoyable. The room itself was very bright and clean. (However, it's surprising that a 5-star hotel room lacks a conditioner/hair treatment product). The location is excellent, right next to the Skytrain (BTS) and the huge Lotus's supermarket, which offers a vast selection of food and a convenient Watsons.

INNSiDE by Meliá Bangkok Sukhumvit is a modern and stylish hotel with excellent cleanliness and top-notch facilities. The service was outstanding, staff were always helpful and friendly. The location is good, though not right in the middle of the main attractions, but still convenient for getting around. Overall, it’s a great place to stay, especially if you’re traveling with friends, and the amenities make the experience even better.
