DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Hangzhou East

Had an amazing stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hangzhou Xiasha! Checked in to receive their signature warm chocolate chip cookie, which was such a sweet and delightful touch ✨. The hotel is in a great location, just a few walks to Jinshahu Metro Station, with plenty of nearby malls making dining and shopping super convenient. The room was spacious, bright, and impeccably clean. The bed is the classic DoubleTree Sweet Dreams bed—just the right firmness—and I slept like a baby. The breakfast spread was extensive with both Chinese and Western options, and all the ingredients tasted very fresh. The heated indoor pool and gym facilities were well-equipped. The front desk and housekeeping staff were friendly and responsive. Perfect for both business trips and leisure stays, I will definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Xiasha!

The hotel is quite dated and urgently needs a major renovation. There are no delivery robots, and guests have to go downstairs to pick up food deliveries.

I booked this hotel during a live stream event, and luckily I had some free time during the National Day holiday to stay at this five-star hotel. The hotel is extremely convenient for getting around; it's just 500 meters from the Metro Line 1 exit. About 1 kilometer from the hotel, there's also the beautiful Jinsha Lake Park. Across the street from the hotel, there's a large commercial complex, making dining and shopping very convenient. The hotel service was warm and welcoming, and the check-in and check-out times were very accommodating.

The room was spacious, breakfast was plentiful, and parking was very convenient. Dragon Lake Tianjie is right across the street, along with a subway station. Everything was satisfactory, and I'll definitely book again next time I'm in the area.

The hotel's location is excellent, and as an established hotel, it's very reliable. The staff are professional, and the front desk was warm and efficient. The room facilities are comprehensive; the wet/dry bathroom separation is fantastic, and there's a big bathtub. The room cleanliness is also great. I really liked the breakfast, which offers a mix of Western and Chinese options, suitable for all ages. I'll definitely be staying here frequently.
