Avoid! This hotel charged 3.2% if you use a non-EU card. Frontdesk kept saying it's normal so they dont post it online, just to scam customers to pay more! Choose other hotel that allows prepay to avoid hidden fees.

Despite booking a deluxe double room, I was given a standard room on the second floor. Since it wasn't what I booked, I negotiated and was upgraded to a Polar Class room on the fourth floor. However, it was a connecting room. I would have preferred to be assigned the correct room class as booked. The breakfast had a good variety and was delicious. The hotel was conveniently located in the city center.

The hotel's unique advantage is that it's only a few minutes' walk from the airport, making it especially suitable for travelers arriving late or departing early. I arrived at midnight, and it was only about a five-minute walk from the airport; for younger people, it might only take three minutes. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but it was sufficient.

We enjoyed are stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The one problem we had, a plugged shower drain, was resolved quickly. The breakfast and staff were both very good. The restaurant that served steak was the best we had experienced in our 2 month trip through Europe from Romania to Greenland. The beef was cooked perfectly and was very tasty and easy to cut. We highly recommend anyone visiting HHE to dine there at least once. But make sure you have a reservation. The first night we were there we couldn’t get a table.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, 2 good restaurants in the building but you can see some wear and tear and some upgrades is needed. Check out is already at 10am which are at least 1 hour to early also linked to breafast closes at 10 so it becomes a rush
