Avoid! This hotel charged 3.2% if you use a non-EU card. Frontdesk kept saying it's normal so they dont post it online, just to scam customers to pay more! Choose other hotel that allows prepay to avoid hidden fees.

The hotel's unique advantage is that it's only a few minutes' walk from the airport, making it especially suitable for travelers arriving late or departing early. I arrived at midnight, and it was only about a five-minute walk from the airport; for younger people, it might only take three minutes. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but it was sufficient.

デラックスダブルルームを予約したにもかかわらず、2階の普通の部屋を提示された。予約と違うので自分で交渉して4階のポーラークラスの部屋に変えてもらった。だが、コネクティングルームだった。予約したクラスの部屋をきちんとアサインして欲しかった。朝食は色々種類も多くおいしかった。ホテルは町の中心にあり立地が良かった。

Great place to stay in Nuuk Great place to stay in the middle of Nuuk, 2 really good restaurants on the Hotel. The room was always clean and the personnel was smiling and helpful.

Well located, friendly staff, congratulations to Danny at front desk, great customer service attitude. Very nice suite, good TV, very good breakfast. Several stores nearby. Great service from Michelle in restaurant
