Versailles Hotel (Guilin Two Rivers and Four Lakes Railway Station Branch)

I chose this hotel this time because the front desk staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful. Given the recent severe weather, they even helped me turn on the AC in my room half an hour in advance. The room was clean and tidy, and they offered laundry service, which was a huge plus. The high-speed Wi-Fi was perfect for work, and the restaurant was hygienic and clean. The security guards in the parking lot were also very friendly. I'll definitely choose this place again next time.

The environment is great, and the ladies provided excellent service! The breakfast was also delicious, especially the local Guilin rice noodles. If I come back again, I'll definitely choose this place.

The location is great, very close to the scenic area and easy to find. Parking is convenient, and it's within walking distance to Tiexi. The service was excellent and very warm; they even helped us with laundry and upgraded our room for free, including breakfast! 😄

Very good... The lobby is spacious and bright, and the environment is lovely. The front desk lady was beautiful and kind, with excellent service. Plus, they offered a late check-out... The room facilities were complete, and it was spotlessly clean... The restaurant had a great view, and the breakfast was fantastic, including Guilin rice noodles... Definitely recommended!

A very satisfying hotel! The room was exceptionally clean, and the breakfast spread was plentiful. Our stay was perfect. They have a kids' play area and a laundry room, and the parking facilities are comprehensive. The environment is great, and there's even a mini-fridge in the room. The surrounding area is also quite nice. The front desk staff, especially the lady who checked us in, was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home.

The hotel is very close to the attractions, and the soundproofing is quite good. The ladies at the front desk were incredibly nice. When we checked in, they introduced us to all their services, taught us how to take the local bus, which made getting to Yangshuo much easier, and even gave us several bottles of mosquito repellent. When we were leaving, they kept asking if we needed water. They were very welcoming and helpful.

Staying at the Versailles Hotel for my trip to Guilin was a great choice! The location is absolutely perfect, really close to the train station, and it was super easy to get taxis to all the attractions. Plus, there are tons of restaurants and shops right around the hotel. The lobby is beautifully decorated, and the front desk staff were quick and helpful with check-in. My room was meticulously cleaned, the mattress was just right – not too soft, not too hard – and the high-floor view was lovely. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety, and the freshly made Guilin rice noodles were authentically delicious. They even have a self-service laundry room and a large parking lot. Overall, it's excellent value for money. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Guilin!

I chose Versailles for my business trip and was very satisfied overall. The hotel's location is easy to find, parking is convenient, and check-in was quick. The room had good natural light and was clean. The breakfast restaurant on the 12th floor offered great views and a wide variety of food. The front desk staff were thoughtful and attentive. It's my top choice for business travel and I'll definitely prioritize staying here again for future trips.
