Versailles Hotel (Guilin Two Rivers and Four Lakes Railway Station Branch)

Five stars! The room was spotless, the bedding was soft and comfortable for a great night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm and efficient. The location is super convenient, and all the facilities were complete and in perfect working order. Everything was very clean, and the breakfast was rich and delicious. It's also easy to get around and parking is convenient. An excellent experience overall, I'll definitely choose this place again for my next trip.

The environment is great, and the surrounding transportation is convenient. It's quite close to Guilin Station, just a 10-minute walk away. The hotel has a self-service laundry room, and the air conditioning worked really well. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and helpful. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and I'm satisfied.

We booked two rooms at the last minute. Right after booking, the hotel called to ask what time we'd be arriving so they could turn on the AC in advance. They added us on WeChat and sent lots of tips and a guide. The hotel has its own private parking lot. Check-in with Xiao Meng at the front desk was fantastic – she saw we had kids and upgraded us to a family room, even offering to switch rooms if we weren't comfortable, and gave us breakfast vouchers. Breakfast is on the 12th floor, which is a glass-enclosed viewing floor, and the buffet selection was plentiful. At check-out, they even asked if we had enough water and offered more. Overall, it was beyond expectations; the service was excellent.

Traveling to Guilin, I chose this hotel for my stay. Parking can be a hassle in Guilin, but this hotel has its own parking lot. After registering your license plate, you can access it 24/7, and they even have EV charging stations – super convenient for self-driving travelers! We booked a twin room, but the front desk upgraded us when they saw we had a child, which was a fantastic gesture. Their service is truly exceptional. The family room was decorated so warmly, with two little dinosaur toys and a rocking horse that our child absolutely loved. The air conditioning was powerful; it was quite chilly in Guilin during our visit, so being able to enjoy a warm room was incredibly comfortable. The bedding was cozy, and I had a wonderful night's sleep, feeling completely recharged. I also have to mention their breakfast – while the variety isn't huge, eating on the 12th floor offers breathtaking views of the entire city of Guilin. That alone is an experience worth trying! Overall, whether it's convenience, value for money, or the helpfulness of the front desk, I give this hotel a solid five-star rating. Highly recommended!

My recent stay here was top-notch! The location is fantastic, super close to the train station, just a few minutes' walk, making getting around incredibly convenient.
