The service here is incredibly thoughtful; every staff member greets you warmly. The hotel's environment is like a massive jungle, making it easy to get lost at night, but the shuttle service is very convenient. You might encounter monkeys, lizards, and other wildlife – we even saw a snake one evening, so be careful! The hotel offers many classes, and the gym is open 24/7. Breakfast is a mix of buffet and à la carte, and I made sure to have a Thai milk tea every morning. For someone who loves natural surroundings, this place is absolutely perfect! I'll definitely be back!

Coming from a stay at a Ritz-Carlton Reserve, I felt a slight drop in the overall hotel experience. Getting in and out of the hotel requires a speedboat, and it was quite interesting to see a large tractor pull the boat ashore as we approached the hotel pier. Since getting on and off the island is a bit inconvenient, I personally felt the dining prices on the island were a little high. However, witnessing a breathtaking sunset on the island made it all worthwhile.

An absolutely ridiculous stay: Around 2 AM, something was frantically scratching inside a wooden cabinet in a non-accessible area on the second floor of my room. The staff couldn't figure out where it was coming from, so I had to change rooms in the middle of the night.

The location is great, close to Railay, so you can find cheap and authentic local food even if you don't eat at the hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful. My only complaint is that check-in now costs an additional 2200 baht for the hotel boat transfer, whereas it used to be free. The bed is incredibly, incredibly, incredibly large, easily fitting 4 adults, which is perfect for a family trip.

The breakfast was delicious, the accommodation was really good, and all the amenities were excellent. The staff were also incredibly friendly! It was truly a great choice, I was very happy with everything!

Extremely satisfied with this hotel. The service, room amenities, variety of activities, and hotel privacy all deserve full marks!

The scenery is absolutely stunning, and the beach is incredible! The forest environment is very tranquil; I got lost every day, and there were even cute lemurs~ The room was also excellent, very spacious and tidy, with a Southeast Asian decor style. The hotel service was also great, with plenty of activities, and the breakfast and afternoon tea were very good. The hotel's cave restaurant and Thai restaurant were surprisingly delicious, and combined with the scenic views, it offered fantastic value for money! The only issue is that the round-trip transportation costs extra and is quite expensive, but I still absolutely love this hotel and would definitely come back if I get the chance.
