Renaissance Shenzhen Bay Hotel

The 57th-floor lobby offers stunning views. You can look out over the Shenzhen Bay landmarks while having breakfast, and enjoy the city night views at the Executive Lounge in the evening. Everything was great, except for having to switch elevators to get to the gym and pool. Attentive service, polite greetings, and prompt responses. 丰富的早餐品种 (Wait, let's make it natural: The breakfast variety was impressive.) My only minor issue is that ride-hailing drivers are reluctant to drive up to the lobby entrance; pick-ups and drop-offs are all done curbside. Is this a Shenzhen thing?

I was originally going to leave a bad review. The soundproofing is practically made of paper. At 2:30 AM, the laughter from next door and the sound of the curtain motor were as clear as if they were right next to my ear; at 9:00 AM, I was woken up again by the voices of the human beings next door—it felt so immersive (I won't upload the video). After calling the front desk to complain, the duty manager came upstairs immediately to apologize and helped me change rooms. Afterwards, they kept following up to check on my needs, and their attitude was very sincere and attentive. Overall, I am quite satisfied with the service experience, so changing this to a positive review.

The room was spacious with a fantastic view, directly overlooking Shenzhen Bay. Room service was prompt, and the price was very reasonable. Its location in Nanshan is quite central.

The hotel service was good, and the location and views were excellent. However, the soundproofing was terrible; I could clearly hear everything from outside my room, upstairs, downstairs, and even construction noises, which made it very noisy. Additionally, the elevators were quite inconvenient. For this brand, the price was relatively high. Overall, it has very clear pros and cons.

Excellent location with stunning views during both the day and night. There's a buffet on the 57th floor where you can enjoy delicious food while taking in the beautiful scenery. The facilities are well-equipped and user-friendly, and the cleanliness is top-notch. I highly recommend the sea view rooms.

Absolutely love Renaissance! I'm officially a fan! Every staff member, both ladies and gentlemen, was so warm and polite. I stayed for two nights and got upgraded to a sea view room – they even sent fresh fruit! The room was spacious and clean. Next time I'm in Shenzhen, I'm definitely staying at Renaissance again!
