We recently booked a two queen room with ******* and for AC Hotel Des Moines and when we checked in they said you had book us for a king with a sofa bed. We specifically booked 2 queens because my sister was traveling with us and she has a bad back so you guys changed our reservation.This is the second time this has happened and the desk said it happens alot with *******. We want a refund for the difference in the cost of the room. You ruined my sisters trip!!!

Super nice hotel. Right downtown! Great rooftop bar! We went to a concert at Woolley’s and it was right around the corner. Will definitely stay here again!

Place was beautiful! Close to lots of food, bars, & Wooly’s! Parking was non issue… lots of on street parking available… free parking on Sunday. There’s a super cute plant shop across the street you should take a look at.
