Clean and tidy, comfortable bedding, and the view is truly amazing. It's so convenient, especially watching the evening light show and drone performance right from the room.

The hotel is fantastic. I've always wanted to check out the Pit Hotel, and I finally got to stay here. Walking down from the lobby level by level into the depths is truly breathtaking. We booked a view room, and opening the window revealed the rock face and waterfall right outside. At night, when the lights come on, it's exceptionally beautiful. The room was clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the staff were very welcoming, even arranging a quiet floor for us. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and dining next to the water feature created a wonderful ambiance. My only minor suggestion is that it gets crowded during holidays, so it's best to book in advance. Overall, it's a unique experience and well worth a visit, perfect for couples and families with kids alike.

I specially chose this hotel I'd been dreaming of to celebrate my birthday. Initially, I booked a room facing just the waterfall, but upon arrival, I decided to change rooms. Xiaotong at the front desk enthusiastically introduced Room 1521 to us—a duplex where the lower level is underwater and the upper level is above water. It kept the waterfall view while also letting us share the space with plenty of fish. We were extremely satisfied! The hotel provided a complimentary fruit basket and pastries, plus a birthday cake, and thoughtfully set up a celebratory birthday atmosphere. They even thoughtfully surprised us with longevity noodles while we were having dinner at the executive lounge—it was one pleasant surprise after another. The breakfast on the second day was extensive and of great quality. When we left some belongings behind at the hotel, the front desk proactively called to remind us and even had SF Express courier them to our home. I was truly touched.

The room was neat, clean, and free of any odor. The soft lighting made it very relaxing, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered a direct view of the Quarry. Special thanks to butler Bruce for his service; he guided me through the entire process and thoughtfully reserved the exact spot I wanted. He was patient and very responsible from start to finish. The water curtain show inside the hotel is quite unique, and the evening Quarry light show was breathtaking.
