We just had a great weekend - great views Great location . Only concern TV was really small and couldn’t get Netflix or good options to watch movies.

There are no bad days at the beach! This was my first time coming to DE. However, the “oceanfront” room was incredibly disappointing and we won’t stay here again or recommend it. We were in 312, which has a floodlight shining directly onto the balcony. We thought, maybe we can just leave the door open to listen to the waves with the blackout curtains drawn. But then our dear neighbor smoked some incredibly skunk smelling **** that wafted in. While not your problem, we wished he would have been more considerate. Both double beds were so uncomfortable that we both awoke at least once an hour, tossing and turning. But, the sunrise was stunning. I did ask the front desk about changing rooms, and would have gladly paid any difference, but I was told that there was absolutely nothing available. So, we made the most of it.

Everything was really nice. Front desk people were great. Our room was clean and had a nice size fridge. Ocean view from our room and balcony was beautiful. I've stayed at this hotel many times and have never been disappointed. Highly recommend.

The staff were all very friendly ,welcoming and accommodating. The room and the entire facility was immaculate. The beachfront balcony was primo, when I first opened the sliding door and stepped out I told my daughter who was my traveling companion I want to do this every year and I stay right here.
