Palacio Gran Vía, a Royal Hideaway Hotel

Five-star service standard! Super satisfied 👍 The decor is stylish. I believe it used to be a banker's private residence before being converted into a hotel. The location is absolutely fantastic! I stayed in a standard room for two nights, and aside from being a little small, everything else was perfect. If your budget allows, I recommend booking a suite or a higher-category room for an even better experience. The hotel also gifted two mini perfumes. All in all, the Alhambra Palace (assuming '阿宫' refers to Alhambra Palace) is truly worth it!

I recommended this hotel to my friends visiting Granada, and we had a great stay. First off, the location is unbeatable. The Granada Cathedral and Royal Chapel are just a 3-minute walk away, and all the city center shopping streets, supermarkets, pharmacies, and restaurants are within walking distance. The must-see Alhambra Palace is a quick 10-minute taxi ride. Second, the hotel's style really appealed to me. It's a refurbished historic building that maintains its original charm while incorporating modern conveniences. The design is understated yet elegant. Third, the quality of service and dining was excellent. While not all staff spoke English, communication at the front desk and in the restaurant was perfectly fine. The friendly concierge's heads-up saved me from the regret of being denied entry to the Alhambra because I didn't have my passport. And the dining truly became a highlight of our trip.

Excellent location. Breakfast could be improved and the chef changed. The spa is good.

The room was excellent, and the service was exceptionally warm. They even offered a choice of sleep-inducing essential oils. The hotel provided two glasses of champagne, and when we asked to drink them in our room, the bartender promptly gave us a plate of nuts.

EXCELLENT LOCATION AND A BEAUTIFUL ROOF VERANDA. THE ROOMS ARE SMALL BUT COZY. OVERALL NOT BAD.
