The Marin Phuket Kamala Beach

Everything here was absolute perfection. I had booked this stay so long ago that I completely forgot I had requested a happy anniversary setup, but every single staff member and department provided wonderful service. I am so disappointed that I caught a cold and couldn't finish all the activities. I spent 3 days in Phuket, and Marine was my last night's stay. I will definitely be back!

I honestly can’t praise this hotel enough. If Trip.com allowed ratings above 10, I would give it 11/10! The service is simply outstanding. Every staff member is well trained, genuinely friendly, and always one step ahead of your needs rather than just doing what you ask. When we arrived, the bellman suggested parking our car in the basement and offered to pick us up by buggy, even though there was a lift directly to the lobby. My kids absolutely loved the buggy ride! Check-in was quick and smooth, and the receptionist was not only informative but also playful and lovely with the kids. The bellman who delivered our luggage even reminded us to contact him if we needed any local recommendations. The little details really made the difference. The housekeeper noticed we were travelling with kids and thoughtfully left extra drinking water on the following nights. Even the damp towels we left in the bathroom were dried and neatly hung on the balcony rack when we returned. It’s this kind of attention to detail that makes you feel genuinely cared for. The room was spacious, spotless, and very well designed. The studio layout, with a small dining table and a pantry equipped with a sink and microwave, was cleverly arranged without making the room feel cramped. The sofa that converts into a huge bed was something I had never seen in a hotel of this type before! The window film was also perfectly chosen, keeping out the heat while still allowing plenty of natural light, even with the sheer curtains open. The bathroom was huge, with a lovely bathtub that my kids, aged 3 and 6, absolutely loved. The separate shower area was also generously sized, even for a big guy like me! And the pool? Absolutely brilliant! It was one of the highlights of our stay. I could write so much more about it, but the review would become way too long, so I’ve added photos to let you see it for yourself. My advice? Just book this hotel and don’t waste time looking elsewhere. From the exceptional service to the spacious rooms and fantastic facilities, everything exceeded our expectations. I honestly believe you won’t be disappointed!

Room and bathroom is spacious and clean. Balcony is useless as the air conditioner's compressor is located there. Loud and hot. Both pools is generally OK but chlorine at the rooftop pool is a tad heavy for me. Waters look murky. Hotel is located a few hundred meters from the beach. Easy 5min walk. The town centre is about 1km. Service wise is generally decent.

Surprisingly remarkable food at the hotel’s restaurant. We had the creamy truffle pasta and it is exceptional. And for 700 baht we preordered the floating breakfast to our room’s pool entrance and it was so worth. As a bonus we recommend reserving the near by Hom restaurant, listed on Michelin guide.

The staff were very helpful and kind. The room was lovely especially for the price! Loved having lunch up at the rooftop due to the large options of lounge seating and good food. Pool towels were large and soft. Overall a good experience. My only critique would be that there needs to be much more action taken towards children in the pools as some were spiting and doing other things that made us not want to get in the pool again for the rest of our stay. The adult only pool always had children. It would make more sense to make the adult only pool on the roof where the bar is.
