Exhibition Centre Hotel

First off, the hotel was very quiet and the rooms were kept clean. The front desk and service staff were really welcoming. Especially the security guard who helped with our luggage right when we arrived, it made us feel right at home. The hotel is also conveniently located near the subway station and Beijing North Railway Station, about a 13-15 minute walk, which makes getting around very easy.

I arrived at 9 PM for check-in and they gave us a free upgrade to a deluxe standard room. It's only a 5-minute bike ride to the zoo, so the location is super convenient, and the environment is great too.

The front desk staff were very welcoming, and I really appreciate them upgrading my room. Even though the hotel is a bit older, it's very clean and quiet. With green spaces right outside the window, it's perfect for travelers looking for a short stay. It's also very close to the Beijing Exhibition Center Hotel, making evening strolls quite pleasant. Plus, it's just a few minutes' walk from CapitaMall Xizhimen, so there are plenty of dining and shopping options. The cleaning staff were incredibly diligent, coming every day to clean, even more so than some five-star hotels. I'd definitely choose to stay here again if I have the chance!

The front desk service was excellent; they were very helpful. Seeing that we were foreign guests with two large suitcases, they kindly upgraded our room, considering the stairs. We've enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We will surely stay here on our next trip to Beijing.

The service was incredibly warm and friendly. While the room facilities were a bit dated, the hygiene was good. The location is super convenient for getting around, and the view from the room is expansive. It's definitely my top choice for great value and a pleasant stay.

There's a canal not far from the hotel entrance, and a lake park nearby where many people jog and exercise. For shopping, there's a CapitaMall not too far away. The hotel environment is great! It's about a 6-7 minute walk from the subway station and close to Beijing Zoo, though unfortunately, I didn't have time to visit. There's a mall near Xizhimen subway station for shopping and dining. I arrived at 9 AM, originally just wanting to store my luggage, but the front desk proactively helped me check in early and even upgraded my room – super! The room also had a mini-fridge and an iron, so the facilities are good, the environment is lovely, and the price is quite reasonable.

I was very satisfied with finding such an affordable and reasonably priced hotel in Beijing. The front desk upgraded our room for free, and the view outside the window was also great. The only downside was that the bathroom door and lock were broken, so it couldn't be closed or locked. I'm not sure if it was intentional or for some other reason.

Second stay here, and as an old-school state-run hotel, I've always found it to be excellent value for money! The location is superb, very close to Xizhimen subway station, about an 18-minute walk, making it very convenient for getting around! The hotel's breakfast buffet is great, with a good variety of options, especially the abundant supply of fried eggs, which is what I liked most!
