The Stay Chaweng Beach Resort

If you are a light sleeper, DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! Soundproofing does not exist. It’s not bad, it doesn’t exist. I can could hear literally everything, even guests 2 rooms away from me talking casually. Also, the planes are landing straight above your head, so if you like to sleep until 9-10am, forget about it. First plane lands around 8am. In the picture you can see the doors from inside of the room. Light from a hallway coming in from all the sides, same as sounds. Apart from not being able to sleep, hotel is decent, nice pool and nice food in a restaurant. Good location if you don’t mind the planes in the morning. Breakfast is fine, but it could br improved.Room floor was dirty, couldn’t walk barefoot. For this money I expected way better soundproofing.

The room was dirty on check in, soiled toilet, dirty towels and sheets. The bed is broken. The room safe does not work and, even if it does, it is not large enough to securely store my anything other than passport • There was dirt or an unidentified mark on the bed. • There were hairs around the bin, which suggests the room was not cleaned to an acceptable standard and around the sink. •     The air conditioning is barely working, making the room uncomfortable. They suggested I move, they co ordinated this but then when I arrived back from a day out exploring (hence the holiday) they then didn’t move me as there was only one person working. The second room came with a broken shower and the air con did not work again, the sheets were smelly suggesting lack of care: The restaurant was nice b it overly priced for what it was/ location was good. Swimming pool well maintained The manager and operations manager do nothing except stare at you as if you’re in the wrong. Don’t book the deluxe rooms you would be better spending your money staying in a bunk bed on the beach! Some pics of dirt not added as they are disgustingly

I must say one of the best stays for my entire thailand trip its very well maintained and v well managed so highly recommended guys.

Good location.  Big hotel  Small bad and restaurant area with pool.  Right on the beach so pretty good view.  Overall nice place clean good staff

Yes we are enjoy the trip when elwe stay at hotel The Stay Chaweng resort”…. When i miss my room card hotel inside my room i info to reception i miss my card..after i go to my room a few second staff came to Open my room..so kind n helper staff to asisst me.thanx so much u guys..🤍🇹🇭☺️👍🏻..n 2nd thing when we request to get iron n board also same after a few mnutes the staff came to my room n gve to me.thanx so much to the same staff..☺️👍🏻🇹🇭

The best hotel i've stay in Chaweng beach. Very cosy hotel, green plants everywhere, the food for breakfast was delicious and hot. The room was also cosy and comfortable with balcony, they also provide beach bag filled with pool towel inside the room for u to bring to the pool
