Juneau Hotel

A clean spacious unit. A friendly staff. The place felt completely safe. Highly recommended by a world traveler. The place to stay during a visit to Juneau.

Very nice hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. The kitchen was well stocked and saved us a lot of money and time by not eating out for every meal.

The staff was great! However, the TV did not work meaning it would turn on but all the channels were frozen! They blamed it on the weather and that only goes so far. On the other hand I did not need to watch TV anyway and this stay just proved it. On another note the shower on/off valve was stripped and I ended having to take a European sponge bath my last day. I left early and was in no mode to go to another room to shower. I will be back in Juneau in a few weeks but will be staying at another property in town that I found while on my business trip. Last thing they need to get black out curtains at this hotel.

We could see the mountains! And the room is excellent. Such space and all we needed to cook a quick meal in the room. Laundry and dryer in the room. Separate bedroom. What a lovely surprise this has been! Great Service too!

Staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are layed out like an apartment...very comfortable.

The hotel was comfortable and relaxing, close to everything and wonderful staff!

I crawled into bed and found a pair of socks... worn crumpled up socks... ugh.

Room and accommodations were less than expected for the 8 rating. Staff was friendly and helpful

Upon arrival we were given a room that felt fresh and clean but the heating didn’t work, the room we were moved to didn’t feel as fresh n clean but was still not too bad. I know the hotel can’t be responsible for noise but there were a lot of young (teens) making heaps of noise late Friday and Saturday night, we had an early flight Sunday so it was a bit unfair. We told the receptionist at checkout, she said we should have notified them sooner. We understand the establishment isn’t responsible for other people’s behaviour.
