The facilities are great, with smart appliances, a fridge, and a sterilizer cabinet all included. The resort shuttle is convenient for getting around, but it's also a pleasant walk. There's plenty for kids to do, like an indoor play area, outdoor slides, small animals, fishing, boating, photo ops, a swimming pool, and hot springs. The environment is fantastic, a natural 'oxygen bar' so to speak. Despite being outdoors, there were no mosquitoes inside, which shows they've done an excellent job with pest control. The service was impeccable. They responded quickly to all our requests, and even helped us find a lost hat. My family and I stayed for two days and it was incredibly comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable.

The rooms are clean, the environment is beautiful, and the staff are enthusiastic. The travel photography service was quick and excellent. Breakfast was very rich, the shuttle bus was convenient, and the pool was clean. My kids absolutely loved it!

The hotel is located within a park, offering a tranquil and elegant atmosphere, perfect for an extended stay. From the sales team to the front desk staff, everyone was exceptionally kind and attentive. The room was also fantastic. I even rebooked my flight just to stay an extra night and truly savor the experience. I highly recommend this hotel for business trips or family vacations. It will definitely be my top choice for future business travels.

The room was incredibly spacious and offered great value for money. It was a shame the hot spring was out of order, as we couldn't experience it. The park area was completely dark at night with no lights, making it hard to see anything, which was a bit of a downside. However, the room itself was excellent and very clean. The pool was too shallow for a good swim, and it felt a bit crowded with people taking lessons. On the plus side, the changing room and shower facilities were decent, and there was a nice hot spring pool. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, perhaps due to the off-season, with not many good options. I would still come back if I have the chance, it's worth a try.

The courtyard isn't large, but it's very charming. The room facilities are excellent, and the shaped pillow is incredibly comfortable – a definite highlight. The service was generally good, though even stronger problem-solving skills would make it perfect. The hotel's travel photography service was also fantastic. However, the room we were moved to on this particular day, despite being a 'suite,' was actually about the same size as a pet-friendly room. The living room also had a noticeable sewer smell that only started to dissipate after keeping the windows open for most of the day.

This hotel, nestled in Beihu Park, is truly upscale. The rooms are spacious, the facilities are brand new, and the service is exceptionally attentive. A special shout-out to Lin Yuzhu, a server at the hotel's breakfast area, who was incredibly thoughtful. When my child accidentally spilled a plate, she immediately helped clean it up, showing great warmth and attentiveness. She definitely deserves a thumbs up! The hotel's accompanying ice and snow playground is also a lot of fun, and the best part is there's no waiting in line, so you can play to your heart's content.

Nestled inside Beihu Park, this villa-style hotel with a courtyard didn't disappoint. The attention to detail is impressive; for instance, the shower stalls are slightly elevated so the door doesn't drag on the bathmat. The pure instrumental music in the restaurant is very elegant, and the dishes are exquisite. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming. The hot springs are peaceful and serene. Overall, it's a great spot for a relaxing getaway.

The hotel is new and well-equipped, and the front desk service is excellent. They have an outdoor hot spring, which is great for relaxing, but the ground around it can be a bit slippery. A huge shoutout to the waitress in the breakfast area who remembered my drink preference from the day before – that was a fantastic touch!
