Homm Changchun Beihu

The two reception staff were beautiful, generous, warm, and diligent. The shuttle bus at the entrance was convenient and they actively helped with luggage. We were upgraded to a larger room because we had a child. The room was spacious. The cleaning staff were enthusiastic and worked conscientiously. The environment was quiet with good views, and the breakfast was good. There were also small pets to feed, which my child loved. They even found two small snails and a river crab. The back door leads directly to Beihu Park, which has beautiful scenery. You can also enjoy hot springs and swimming. It's quiet and pleasant, a serene oasis amidst the hustle and bustle, a great place for a relaxing vacation. It was my child's birthday that day, and because we arrived in such a rush, I hadn't prepared anything for them. I asked the staff in advance, and the front desk小姐姐 (a polite way to refer to a young woman) decorated the room, wrote a birthday card, and even made a delicious cake. My child was very happy, and it warmed my heart. Thank you to all the staff. I will choose to stay here again when I come to Changchun.

I didn't expect so many people this holiday, and the weather is starting to get chilly now. When the sun is out around noon, it's perfect for a stroll. Amber was very patient and helped us charge our phones. The breakfast area was extremely crowded. The pool is quite large.

This hotel can be said to be the best in Changchun. It has a two-story indoor kids' play area, plus an outdoor one and a pet park. The hot springs were also repaired a month in advance for the National Day holiday. The service was excellent.

I loved the ecological environment; it was excellent both inside and out, very serene, and I especially liked the Chinese Zen architectural style. There were many small flowers of various colors growing on the ground, and black swans in the lake. The hotel is located within Beihu Wetland, which has a great geographical setting. There's also a play area for children, and the facilities are quite comprehensive.

I booked a deluxe king room with a view. Before checking in, I contacted the hotel to request a room with a bathtub. Upon arrival, the front desk graciously upgraded me to a room with a bathtub and a courtyard, which I really appreciated. The hotel service was excellent. The shuttle bus was very convenient and came whenever I called. The hotel environment was also great, with direct access to North Lake Park. I was lucky enough to see black swans walking around on the hotel grounds – that made me so happy! There's also a cute animal park with peacocks, deer, and guinea pigs. It was a wonderful stay, and I'll definitely be back.

Our stay was wonderful! The room was quiet, the surroundings were beautiful, perfect for a family getaway and leisurely strolls. Breakfast was delicious and diverse, and the dining area was very pleasant. The customer service manager was very responsible, and Martina at the front desk provided excellent service. We hope to come back again!

I booked this room for my business partner. We had lunch twice at the hotel's Chinese restaurant, and the food was excellent. The ambiance was also great. The hotel is located within Beihu Wetland Park, which can only be described as picturesque. My business partner was very satisfied with their stay. Thumbs up!

The hotel environment is superb, and both the room and bathroom are spacious. The only minor drawback is that the shower doesn't have a door, making it a bit cold when showering and easy for water to splash out. I'd suggest the hotel consider installing a door or a shower curtain; I'm sure this would attract more families with children.
