Hotel Clio, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Denver Cherry Creek

One of the two elevators was out of service during our stay, and the wait time could be up to around five minutes, which was somewhat inconvenient. The parking was valet-only, and we sometimes had to wait for a while as well. There was a QR code reservation system, but we were unable to use it, possibly due to weak Wi-Fi or issues with international mobile connectivity. I also noticed some hair and dust in the corner of the sink area, and the hairdryer’s air intake appeared to be slightly clogged with dust, which was a bit concerning. Other than these points, the room was clean and comfortable.

Entire staff (valet, check in, restaurants) is friendly and professional. Rooms are comfortable and modern. A true neighborhood gem.

Staff and amenities. Bartenders were great. I felt comfortable alone at the bar. Love the Byredo soap, shampoo and conditioner. Wish you sold it at the hotel.

Loved the hotel and amenities. We were well taken care of! Parking was the only negative, but we were able to find street parking eventually.

Just what we needed for location after airport, doctor visit and going home

Staff was very helpful. Hotel is close to shopping and food. Clean and easy to get around.

Very pleasant. The front desk staff thought something of themselves but they are a hotel very similar to (and mostly from the same Marriott chain) as all the other local hotels. Clean and modern and nice.

The softest robe I’ve ever had in my life! The checking was smooth and easy; the beds were also very comfortable.
