This was supposed to be the most anticipated hotel of our trip, but it turned out to be the most disappointing after check-in! The hotel's location is indeed good, but getting a taxi is inconvenient; we had to walk a bit every time, as cars can't stop directly at the hotel entrance. The room they assigned us also faced the street due to its location, offering basically no privacy. The hotel amenities are what you'd expect from a five-star hotel, but the most infuriating part is that after the first night, my friend developed red, itchy rashes all over her arms! The hotel consistently refused to offer any solution, which was extremely disappointing.

This hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the old town. The building itself, according to the hotel's description, dates back to the 16th century. It's truly a unique experience to stay in such a historically rich setting while enjoying modern minimalist decor, especially given its superb location in the old town's core. What particularly stood out was the hotel's pool, which directly overlooks Porto Cathedral – an absolutely unforgettable sight.

The hotel boasts a fantastic location, being very close to several attractions, all within a 10-15 minute walk. The service is excellent, the place is spotlessly clean, and the breakfast is quite good too. Highly recommended!

My absolute favorite hotel of the trip! The breakfast was delicious, the location was excellent, and the hotel itself was absolutely perfect. I'll definitely book this place again next time!
