Friendly reception but hotel room is too small. Too expensive already. The water kettle is difficult to use and looks dirty.

We booked a city-view room, and although we were upgraded to one with a balcony, it only had an indoor view, which was quite disappointing. However, after requesting a change, we were given a city-view room with a balcony instead.

Its clean and near public transport. Gives complementary car park ticket upon request. During peak period, have to queue quite long to check in.

Arrived late around 10pm at the hotel and check in was extremely smooth despite the queue. A special shoutout to Qadir at the reception for his superb service - very helpful and friendly and made the whole process very pleasant and enjoyable after a long flight! I forgot to bring a travel adaptor and he patiently checked and explained that the sockets in the rooms are universal. Room is very clean and location is super convenient. Will definitely recommend :)

Staff was friendly & nice upon check in. Improvement should be looked into such as room type assignment differ from booking, bedsheet with blood stain, tv connection was bad no image even logging into YouTube and sound was breaking up as well.

The front counter receptionist Mr James, is very friendly and polite. Overall the room condition is worth I paid. Nearby few restaurants including McDonald and convenient store. Walking distance to Lavender MRT station.

Is accessible location, the concept of room (under world wide hotel management ) is similar to branches of hotel 81 with useful and updated amenities, there is water dispenser machine and there is dim light at toilet for safety use of elderly ones ✍️🌸
