I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is excellent, with plenty of shopping malls and restaurants nearby, making it very convenient. A special thank you to Nelson for his outstanding service. He was incredibly friendly, kind, and professional. He went above and beyond to help us extend our room and patiently explained everything we asked about in detail. His warm attitude and willingness to assist made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you, Nelson, for your excellent hospitality. Staff like you truly make a difference. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. ❤️

The hotel is close to Lavender Station, just a 3-5 minute walk from the station to the hotel. There are many restaurants and food outlets around the hotel and station. The hotel is large and has a lot of guests. The rooms are small, which is typical here, but they are clean. There is no drinking water here, but you can boil water from the kettle in the room. This time, I came to Singapore to watch the concert and watch the Singapore National Day fireworks rehearsal. I would like to thank the staff, Andrew, for setting up a room on the 19th floor, the top floor, and a room with a view of the stadium, allowing you to see the fireworks from inside the room. It was the most impressive trip.

The hotel is clean and relaxing specially our room city view..hotel staff very accomodating and quick to response..

The only good thing for me with this hotel is that its located near to the Sultan mosque and Arab street.

Near Stayed at Hotel Boss and had a great experience. The location is very convenient, with bus stops right outside and MRT stations within walking distance, making it easy to get around Singapore. The housekeeping service was excellent. The room was cleaned every day, and fresh towels and amenities were replenished daily. Everything was kept neat and tidy throughout my stay. Another feature I appreciated was the free luggage storage service, which was very helpful before my flight. Overall, Hotel Boss offers good value, a convenient location, and reliable service. I would happily stay here again.

Hotel Boss... (Barely Operational Service Standards) This is not a hotel for business travelers. Picture this. You have a meeting the next day and you need a smartly pressed shirt. You call the front desk and so sorry we don't have anything for you in the room, go down to the pool deck and iron it. To be completely fair to them, they offer the service at level 4. However, at the the price they charge a business traveler should not expect hostel level services. Great hotel if you want no interference or services. Purely transactional.
