Very comfortable, and the pool was amazing!

From the moment I stepped into the hotel, my luggage was taken care of by the staff, ensuring a smooth check-in experience. Even though I'd seen pictures beforehand, I was still pleasantly surprised upon arrival. The service was thoughtful, and we received a welcome fruit platter. The garden view was beautiful. There was a slight hiccup with a last-minute change to the guest name, but the front desk sorted it out in advance, which was a relief. Breakfast was really nice! 😋

The common areas are very luxurious, but the room style is a stark contrast, with only the bathroom showing Versace-inspired design and details. The turndown service in the room was quite good. Breakfast was the highlight, served in the Italian restaurant on the first floor. Both Chinese and Western options were available with waiter service, creating a great ambiance.
