Palazzo Versace Macau

The room facilities were generally clean and tidy. The sink was a bit traditional, and the toilet wasn't a heated one, which was average. However, the showerhead was quite good, with a strong water flow. The only downside was the slightly remote location, with no commercial amenities nearby. As for the price, it was around 2200 with breakfast, which isn't cheap. If you're looking for family-friendly shopping, this isn't the place to choose. Breakfast was à la carte service, not a buffet. Also, when taking a taxi in Macau, the drivers weren't very friendly; they were aloof and not very polite. Some drivers even charged 1:1 for MOP and RMB, which is unreasonable.

The first Palazzo Versace hotel in Asia, it exudes Italian luxury. The entire hotel features custom-designed Versace furnishings. The garden view room offers a great view, and the room itself is clean and quiet with high-end amenities. It's part of the Grand Lisboa Palace Resort and provides shuttle services to the border, making cross-border travel convenient. It's not in the central business district of Taipa, so you'll need a taxi for shopping. Breakfast is a set menu. It's suitable for vacations and photography, and highly recommended for those who appreciate opulent design.

A hotel brimming with classical charm. I absolutely loved the mosaic decorations here; even the pool was beautifully tiled with mosaics. When I went for a swim in the morning, there was hardly anyone around. For breakfast, I opted for the à la carte menu on the first floor, and it was unexpectedly delicious (since breakfast was included in the room rate when I booked, I assumed it would be subpar). Highly recommended! The Rosenthal collaboration tableware was exquisite and beautiful. When checking out, the front desk proactively asked if I needed anything and informed me that I could use my room key card sleeve to get priority boarding for the shuttle bus. Some small suggestions: 1. The TV size is too small (for such a large room); it's hard to read text from the bed. 2. The toilet isn't a smart one. 3. For afternoon tea and turndown service, it's better to inquire at check-in or by calling from the room. The staff knocked several times, and I didn't respond (the first time I thought it was another door, the second time I replied but the staff couldn't hear me – both issues likely due to the large room size), and then just entered. Overall, I really enjoyed the Versace Hotel and highly recommend it.

Excellent stay! The hotel's location is a bit out of the way, but the service was great. There are several hotels within the complex, and the pools are shared, which is fantastic. The pool area is beautiful, and it was wonderfully relaxing with fewer people during the off-season.

This is my go-to hotel every time I visit Macau. The front desk and butler service are consistently excellent, and the welcome amenities were even better than my first stay. Looking forward to my next visit!

Even though Macau was incredibly hot during my two-day stay, the moment I stepped out of the car, I felt the comforting luxury of the Versace hotel. From the opulent lobby and exquisite, elegant room to the incredibly friendly staff who proactively helped with my luggage, I truly felt at home. The front desk lady was also very nice, patiently explaining the hotel facilities and the entertainment and functional areas of the Grand Lisboa Palace complex. The room included welcome fruits and various little surprises, along with a handwritten thank-you note from the manager. My child accidentally knocked over a glass, shattering it on the floor. When I called for help, the response was very quick. They also proactively asked if anyone was injured, and staff promptly arrived to clean up the broken glass. Overall, I'm very satisfied. Several nearby hotels and malls are conveniently within walking distance. I will definitely choose Versace again on my next trip to Macau.

I specifically chose this hotel this time because it has a beautiful European-style garden and stunning room decor. The room's orange color scheme felt very comfortable. Plus, it's very convenient for getting around.
