This place is amazing:) Comfortable and very clean room. Good working air-condition, private terrace, big toilet and very silent building. It is very close to metro station and bus station. Close to Carrefour shop (24h/7days). The best point of this place is care!!! Contact with reception is more than perfect- just excellent! When we needed help, there was not a problem!!!

Stayed here initially in 2015 with my mum then returned in 2017 with my partner, was so good we went again in June this year (2022). The room we stayed in had a little balcony and was very clean and big for the two of us. Fridge was also very helpful to have. We booked the room with the large double bed and a small single for myself like we had last time. Air conditioning was amazing coming from maximum 20 degrees in Scotland to 30+ in Rome. Not a negative for the hotel but Cipro station was not very accessible for disabled people as my mum was in a wheelchair as she struggled with her walking and the majority of the time the lifts didn't work which made it extremely difficult to use the metro. Aida (sorry if the spelling is wrong!) on reception was absolutely amazing, helping us out with everything we asked about no problem. We were even able to check in a little early which we were thankful for after our transfer being delayed. If I'm ever back in Rome I would definitely stay here again, can't recommend enough.

Discovered through friends who have been customers of the facility for many years. The weekend in Rome was my birthday present for my wife and actually it was for me too. We spent two wonderful days thanks also to the comfort of the room and the location of the structure. A thousand thanks

Excellent structure a few steps from the Cipro metro station and the terminus of many bus lines. Nearby there are many supermarkets, restaurants and the legendary Bonci. The rooms are quite spacious, very comfortable beds and the girl at the reception very nice and friendly

Strategic position. Very close to the metro and bus terminal. Very convenient parking right in front of the property. Cozy room with all comforts. The terrace where you can relax is a real plus in Rome with free Nespresso coffee and tea available. Excellent cleaning. perfect welcome given by the receptionist (which is not a given now with all self check ins). Very kind staff and super helpful with all our requests. excellent value for money. For those like me who travel a lot it was a great discovery and will be my point of reference for Rome

Overall very nice structure, spacious triple room with all the comforts, small outdoor terrace, coffee maker available in the room and in the common area, clean room, right-sized bathroom and welcome on arrival, excellent location of the structure near the metro, about 200m away and at the bus stop.
