Ariae Dépendance - Alihotels

Stayed in the annex, quiet, clean, and with parking. Spacious room. However, for check-in, check-out, and breakfast, you have to go to the main building, located across the street. Friendly staff.

We had a great time, the staff were very friendly, we will definitely be back, the room was comfortable, very clean, all the comforts were perfect, what more could you ask for?

Comfortable and welcoming room, equipped with every comfort and soundproofing. Excellent breakfast, parking included, and helpful staff who helped us get to the sights. Highly recommended, we'll be back.

We stayed at this beautiful hotel on vacation at the end of May. The rooms were very clean and welcoming. The staff, especially Mrs. Rossella, were very kind and helpful. We will definitely be back.

I was pleased with the cleanliness and the friendliness of all the staff. The restaurant waiter was very attentive and helpful when I told them about my allergies.

My family and I have stayed at this Ali Hotels Group hotel on two occasions: we've always found the welcome commendable, and they've always catered to our needs (we have a baby girl who's just a few months old). We had a great time on both occasions. Furthermore, the location is truly strategic, right near the Sanctuaries of Santa Maria delle Grazie and San Pio (about a 10-minute walk). The parking is ample and very convenient. All the staff were friendly and very helpful on both occasions! Recommended!

Weekend stay of 25 April 2024 First time in the "Ariae" annex. Being part of the "San Giovanni Rotondo Palace" we had no doubts about the positivity of the stay. We have been frequenting the facility (San Giovanni Rotondo Palace) for several years and every year it is like returning to family. First time in the annex but the experience was, as always, perfect here too, friendliness, helpfulness, courtesy, friendliness and hospitality. Good morning in the breakfast room with Nella, very kind, helpful and prepared to show us places to visit in the surrounding area. Ditto the receptionists Rossella, Benedetta and their colleague whose name we regret not knowing (the latter who welcomed us at check-in with great patience as there were 9 children in tow) all courteous and professional, always with a smile. For lunch and dinner we went to the San Giovanni Rotondo Palace which is less than 1 minute away on foot and here we found "the family" from previous years. The very kind owner Luca with his wife, Paola and Venera at the reception, and Michele and Michele in the dining room. Excellent food, same structure and doc staff. Great patience and attention with the children who were handled excellently especially by Michele and Michele in the dining room. Congratulations to all the front office and back office staff. See you next time with great pleasure. Reference group "Arena" from Calabria.
