Absolutely. I think the review should highlight how great the overall experience was, but give O’Neill a special shoutout by name because what he did was above and beyond. I had an AMAZING birthday trip and truly had such a beautiful experience! From the staff to the food and hospitality, I felt so welcomed and taken care of throughout my stay. I especially want to recognize O’Neill, the Kitchen Manager. I mentioned how much I wanted to try the oxtails, but unfortunately, oxtail night was scheduled after I would already be leaving. I wasn’t expecting anything to come of it—I was simply disappointed that I would miss them. To my surprise, O’Neill went out of his way and had a special batch of oxtails prepared for me the night before I left! That small act meant so much to me. He didn’t have to do it, and I never asked him to, which made the gesture even more special. O’Neill was incredibly kind, hospitable, and thoughtful, and it’s people like him who turn a great vacation into a memorable one. Please make sure he receives recognition for going above and beyond for a guest. I have to shout out Garfield too for the free private Tennis lesson. He helped clean up some of my form and taught me skills that I will never forget. I had an unforgettable birthday experience and will absolutely be returning. Thank you for making my trip so special! ❤️

Little known secret at Hedo 2 is the free yoga given by the Karma Sutra staff in the morning. To go one step further with your relationship is the Karma Sutra Palace and the services they offer. We did the couples tantric massage, what an experience! We will be going back to Hedo 2 and the Palace will be on the list! This was our first trip there and we love it! The culture, service, acceptance, non judgment and respect were way above what we had imagined.

A Heavenly Experience at the Kama Sutra Palace! My first four-hands massage at the Kama Sutra Palace at Hedonism II was nothing short of incredible! It was an unforgettable experience that truly touched my mind, body, spirit, and soul. Mary and Rebecca worked together like floating angels, moving in perfect harmony and creating a seamless rhythm of soothing, sensual touches. There was something extraordinary about the experience of four hands moving as one, allowing me to completely relax, let go, and immerse myself in the moment. It was the ultimate pampering experience, leaving me feeling relaxed, renewed, and transported to a place of pure bliss. The atmosphere, the care, and the artistry of the massage made this so much more than an ordinary spa treatment. It was an experience for the senses and a gift to the soul. Hedo2: A Unique Place with Five-Star Service and Unforgettable People! Stay: October 10–17 | Room 2264 | WWV Group Hedo2 is truly a unique place! It may not be a five-star product in terms of facilities, but the level of service provided by its staff is five-star-plus. What makes this resort special is its people, and I would like to share my appreciation for those who made our stay memorable. Pros: THE PEOPLE! Arrival and Front Desk From the moment we arrived on October 10, we experienced genuine hospitality. The bellman who welcomed us (a short, strong gentleman) was extremely helpful and attentive. The front desk team was excellent, and every member we encountered was professional and welcoming. Our room was not ready yet, which was understandable since it was not check-in time and a large group was departing that day. As members of the WWV group, we were directed to the restaurant while we waited. We also had the pleasure of meeting the General Manager, who was very nice, approachable, and welcoming. Grounds and Housekeeping The grounds team deserves a huge round of applause for maintaining the gardens in immaculate condition. The property looked beautiful! Our room was clean and well stocked, and the Housekeeping Team was fantastic. I had the opportunity to speak with two of the room attendants: one was a petite, mature lady, and the other cleaned our room on our departure day, October 17. Both were amazing, professional, and friendly. I sincerely regret not remembering their names, but I want to extend my highest respect and appreciation to the entire Housekeeping Team, especially the room attendants who took such good care of us and the play room attendants. I know how much dedication and hard work go into maintaining these standards, and I truly appreciate their efforts. Food & Beverage: Outstanding Service! The F&B team was exceptional. One particular restaurant server impressed me so much that I remembered her name: VERNETTE PRINGLE! She was outstanding, and so was Indira, the Restaurant Manager. The bar teams, including the pool bar, were equally great. One little detail really stood out: they would ask me, "Vodka and orange juice?" They remembered my preferred drink, which demonstrated their attentiveness and genuine care. Those small details make a big difference in the guest experience! Security: Feeling Safe and Comfortable We felt very secure throughout our stay. The Security Team was always alert and on point, which gave us peace of mind. I felt comfortable allowing my wife to walk around the property independently. Although there were one or two men walking around alone during our stay, we felt comfortable overall. Sania Duncan: A Special Mention I cannot finish talking about the staff without mentioning SANIA DUNCAN! She was soooo good: professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and an absolute pleasure to interact with. The agent who replaced her on Friday was also excellent. Entertainment Team: Simply One of a K

Our 6th trip was wonderful as always! The staff is on top of things quickly even as "hiccups" occur. We wanted to mention a few staff that went above and beyond to make our experience feel like truly home: Davia (Dining), Chesterfield (Dining), Vernette (Dining), Ricardo (bar), and Damian (EC)

My wife and I had a wonderful experience at the Kama Sutra Palace. They walked us through exactly what was going to happen ahead of time, and the experience itself was beyond anything they could’ve told you or imagined. We will for sure be back!

Hedonism provided the most exciting vacation my wife and I have ever been on. The sexual energy and the vibe created at the resort was incredible. We are not swingers, but being around naked bodies coupled with the pool parties and atmosphere helped us bring our intimacy to new levels. The room and the dining experiences were more than adequate. The staff are incredibly welcoming and accommodating. We just arrived home on Sept 21 and have already booked a return trip in 5 weeks. That speaks for itself.
