Hotel Andaluz Albuquerque, Curio Collection by Hilton

The lobby is beautiful and stylish, probably the best in town. Char restaurant provides good food. I like the grilled Ceaser wedge a lot. The bed is comfortable. I had good sleep.

Char was an excellent restaurant. Rooms were clean and hotel staff was very helpful. Would definitely stay again.

We were very disappointed to arrive and be told that they had overbooked. While we were given a free room at a nearby Hilton Garden Inn, it was still a disappointing experience after a long flight.

On the second of a four night stay my room was not cleaned. I returned at 5:30 after having been gone for eight hours. It was refreshed after I spoke to the desk.

Mark and Alicia in Valet consistently set and hold the standard of excellence upon arrival. Maria at the front desk is always so gracious and welcoming. Byron at the bar makes the most wonderul cocktails! Seeing and being waited on by Savanna at Char completes the entire experience- she has a great attitude and pays immaculate attention to detail! My partner and I love the diversity among the staff; everyone has such an interesting story which only add to this hotel's charm and allure. We've never had a bad experience, and will continue to return to this hotel

The hotel itself was good … rooftop bar was a nice touch. The surrounding are was sketchy.

The room was clean and nice. The staff was absolutely amazing. When we called for something it was brought to our room quickly. Only reason i didnt rate it 5 stars was because we booked here because they had valet parking but when we arrived the valet was full so we had to park in the garage. There was human feces in the garage.

The staff was AMAZING! Savanna at Char has the best customer service, and always has the best attitude!
