The environment is OK, but the soundproofing is not good, and the first floor is a bit noisy.

After checking into the assigned guest room on the first floor, it was very noisy at 8 or 9 o'clock the next morning. When I opened the door, I saw a few old men starting construction and replacing the carpet. When I complained to the front desk, she said with a serious face that we were replacing the carpet recently, and she also told me that the first floor was closed! (Then you still arrange for me to live on the first floor???)
Originally, I only planned to stay for one night, but in the early morning, I was still jet-lagged and had a large area of construction glueing and replacing carpets in front of my door. The service was really disappointing.
The breakfast is also very good. There are no green leafy vegetables or fruits. It is all high-sugar American cakes and greasy carbohydrates. I feel that Hampton's breakfast is much worse than the same series in China.

The staff was welcoming. The gym and breakfast were standard. The grounds were well kept.
The hotel is in need of a deep clean and new mattress and bed linens.
I couldn’t figure out how to work the blinds.
It was quiet and safe.

No clock in the room, refrigerator buzzed all night, could hear person in the next room snoring, poor noise insulation. We were put in a handicap accessible room- good if one is handicapped. We are not, were returning from 10 days of biking up and down mountain passes in Colorado. Not impressed with room.

I was in town for personal reasons and stayed for three nights. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. As I was traveling with my pet, I didn't ask for maid service during my stay. The breakfast was tasty and offered a variety of items. The only downside was the coffee maker broke the night before my last day there. But sometimes things happen that are out of their control. I would stay here again.

We did not have a good experience at this Hampton Inn. Door to our room was ajar, I flushed poop in the toilet, bed was somewhat disheveled, soap dispenser in the shower was missing. And, there was no coffee available the next morning-just a sign saying, “our coffee dispenser broke last night. No coffee. Sorry!” We normally love Hampton, but we had an awful experience here!
