We recently stayed at Bartollo Santa Cruz Hotel in Tenerife, and I can honestly say it was one of the most memorable and heartfelt hotel experiences we’ve ever had. During our stay, my mother was seriously unwell, which was incredibly stressful for our family. However, the staff at reception, the bar, and the pool went above and beyond in every possible way to support us. Nothing was ever too much trouble—whatever we needed, they accommodated with genuine care and urgency. Their kindness was truly extraordinary, and it made a difficult situation so much more manageable. We would especially like to thank Olivia, Jose, Ibrahim, Rueben, Issabele, Ainoa, Patricia, Mikel, Juan, Caesar, Bruno, Lola and others that all need a mention — each of you truly went the extra mile for us and we are so grateful for your compassion, professionalism, and support during such a difficult time. The hotel itself is brand new, absolutely immaculate, and beautifully designed. Every space feels modern, fresh, and incredibly comfortable—you can tell a lot of thought has gone into creating a relaxing and welcoming environment. The location is also fantastic: right next to a stunning park and within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants, making it perfect for both relaxation and convenience.
