Courtyard Providence Downtown

Clean and good location.

The hotel has a great location, not far from Brown University and the Rhode Island School of Design. The hotel receptionists were very friendly, and the rooms were large and clean, feeling recently renovated. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time.

The environment is great, it's quite close to my daughter's school, it's opposite the city center park, next to Macy's department store, and only about 10 minutes from the high-speed rail station. I stay here every time I come here, but one drawback is that they don't provide bottled water.

Marriott's hotels are consistently excellent! The rooms are fantastic, and the location is incredibly convenient, especially close to downtown Providence. It's in a prime, central location!

Our hotel, probably located along the road, was incredibly noisy even with the windows closed. I could hear cars whirring outside constantly. During check-in, the front desk clerk didn't ask for my credit card for the deposit and parking fee. The next morning, the room alarm went off twice after 6:00 AM. For unknown reasons, they called again after 8:00 AM to ask if I hadn't used my credit card to pay for parking. It was truly terrible.

The room is OK, the service is acceptable, the location is excellent, highly recommended

The sanitary conditions are average, and the service is terrible. I booked a room with breakfast but they said it was not available. The surrounding environment is noisy and there are many bad things like staying in a hotel. I am very dissatisfied.
