The location is fantastic, and the breakfast area is especially wonderful. It's right next to the iconic ICONSIAM. Every time I come to Bangkok, I make sure to stay here. Plus, it's really convenient for a night cruise on the Chao Phraya River.

They didn't inform us the pool was under renovation. Paying this price without a pool feels like a huge waste of money. I'd recommend staying across the street; their boats are even prettier to look at. We were given a north-facing room with no view of Icon Siam. Many of those positive review photos are actually taken from the elevators. The bathtub didn't even have bath salts or a liner. Honestly, you're just paying for a quiet room; don't expect anything else.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The entire hotel environment and room views are top-notch. You can watch a drone show at night. The outdoor breakfast area is very comfortable.
