The rooms look great and are quite spacious, all of them are suites. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cutlery, pots, and pans. The bathroom is also larger than expected and even has a bathtub. Lastly, I'd like to add that this is the apartment in Shenzhen where I've experienced the most warm and caring front desk service.

Although the weather wasn't great during my trip to Shenzhen, the hotel's excellent service and complete facilities made staying in the room very comfortable. The TV supported screen casting, making streaming shows incredibly smooth. The large sofa and robot delivery service meant I could enjoy all the conveniences without even leaving the room. Shenzhen truly excels in service and efficiency.

The environment is great, both the lobby style and room decor give a comfortable feeling. The service attitude is also excellent; the 24-hour butler responds very quickly. It's quite convenient to have robots deliver packages and food. The surrounding area is also nice.
