The hotel is very close to the airport, with shuttle service to both T2 and T3, which are about a 15-minute drive away. There's a shuttle from Terminal 2 every 30 minutes, which is very convenient. Downstairs, there's a 7-Eleven and many food options. When checking in, Xiao Hou (a staff member) also professionally asked if I needed to go to the terminal for my flight, which was great.

This hotel is fantastic! They upgraded me to a suite this time, and the room was absolutely amazing. It was my first time experiencing such a spacious suite, and the amenities were excellent. I always stay at this hotel whenever I fly in or out of Baiyun Airport, and this time the service and reception were as good as ever. They even upgraded us to a suite for free, which was fantastic 👍 However, on several recent stays, we've had issues with the room key card not working for the self-service laundry room. The hotel really needs to address and fix this seriously.
