The room was comfortable, and the hotel staff provided attentive service. Tom, the assistant front office manager, was very warm and patient. The housekeeping service was also excellent. Whenever we had a request, we could always turn to the front desk, and our feedback was addressed very promptly.

The room facilities are very new, the desk is spacious, and the lighting is just right for working on documents at night. The soundproofing is great—I couldn't hear any hallway noise at all, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast offers a wide variety, and the freshly ground coffee is delicious. Check-in and check-out at the front desk were both very swift, and the service was super, super, super good. A big thank you to Xiao Qi for upgrading me to a suite—Xiao Qi is the best! Overall, it's great value for money, and I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next business trip.

The best choice for early morning flights. Every time, I come to stay the night before. I arrange the airport shuttle time for the next day, and in the morning, it's very convenient to go directly to the airport. Although it's near the airport, there's no airplane noise to bother you.

The service provided by Assistant Manager Zhou, Xiao Qi, and Xiao Ling at the hotel lobby was exceptional. From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with a smile, proactively confirmed my reservation, and processed my check-in efficiently. They handed me the room card with both hands and thoroughly explained details about breakfast, Wi-Fi, elevators, the gym, and check-out times. They even offered assistance with luggage and arranging a taxi. During check-out, they inquired about my stay. Their professionalism and attentiveness throughout made me feel right at home.

The hotel environment was surprisingly good. Compared to other hotels in the same price range, it was more spacious, and the entire building and grounds were grand. It felt more like a higher-tier hotel. The location is also very close to the airport, with a shuttle bus running every half an hour, 24/7. Since Guangzhou has a lot of flights, I came from Shenzhen this time to catch my flight. This hotel is absolutely ideal. I plan to stay here whenever I fly from Guangzhou in the future.

The suite is huge, perfect for a perfectionist like me! 👍 The balcony offers views of planes landing, and while it's a bit of a distance from the airport, it's surprisingly quiet. The facilities are new and clean, and they even provided a complimentary fruit platter. Everything was great.

This hotel is great for a layover. The shuttle service to and from the airport is very convenient. There's a small supermarket and a McDonald's right next to the hotel, which covers all the basic needs. For the price, the rooms are quite good. I'd recommend staying here. The only downside is that the breakfast is just okay.
