Azur One Eleven Hotel Alamein

The front desk initially gave me the wrong room, disturbing the guests already staying there. There was no apology, just a room change. This place shouldn't be called a hotel; it's an apartment, and many facilities in the complex are still unfinished.

Even though it was off-season and only a handful of rooms were booked, the service was still excellent. Breakfast was freshly made and could be delivered to our room, but we decided to eat in the restaurant. The hotel is like a serviced apartment, and there are several swimming pools outside. While we couldn't swim in winter, the blue water was still a pleasant sight. Our one-bedroom suite was very spacious, and the air conditioning and heating worked great. Overall, it offered great value for money.

I stayed here for two whole weeks, and room D205 constantly leaked water in the shower, flooding the entire bathroom each time. The room was very clean overall, but the air conditioner had a strange smell, so I always slept with the living room air conditioner on and the bedroom door open. The Wi-Fi password changed every two days. Because the password was difficult to explain over the phone, I often had to ask the front desk via WhatsApp. This was very incomprehensible to long-term residents. The food was decent and reasonably priced. The overall environment and service were very good, but the facilities need maintenance, and the management needs improvement.
