Hotel l'Elysee Val d'Europe

This was my first time in France, as my child really wanted to visit Disneyland Paris. We took a taxi from the airport to the hotel, which was about a 40-minute drive. The hotel staff were very welcoming, and the place was clean. It's located in a small, exceptionally quiet town. Right across the street is La Vallée Village, which has a supermarket and many brand stores. There's a bus to Disneyland right across from the hotel, just a few minutes' ride away. The breakfast was also quite good. A successful blind box opening!

Excellent location, right across from a shopping mall, and just a short walk to Disney Springs. The A-line bus stop is also right in front of the hotel, taking you to Disney in just one stop. Alternatively, you can use the hotel's free shuttle service to and from Disney. The rooms are spacious and very good. Highly recommend this hotel for a Disney trip.

Overall, a good stay! The accommodation is very clean, well-maintained, and the location is truly perfect and convenient. The only minor regret: the Wi-Fi didn't work during my 2-night stay, and the mobile network signal was very weak indoors. It's a shame about this detail, but the apartment is still very pleasant!

The hotel is conveniently located directly opposite an outlet village, with a metro station nearby. They also offer a shuttle service to Disneyland, making getting around very easy. The room was reasonably spacious; we had no trouble spreading out two 28-inch suitcases. The bathroom was a bit small, but the overall cleanliness was good. The breakfast was quite substantial compared to other European hotels I've stayed at.

The front desk staff were incredibly kind! The room was clean and very spacious. It's also just one stop from Disneyland and very close to the station. Plus, there's a shopping mall nearby, so finding food was never an issue.

Pros: The hotel boasts a beautiful exterior and an excellent location, just a stone's throw from the outlet village and 2.5 km from Disneyland Paris, with a complimentary shuttle service provided. The staff are warm, hospitable, and very polite. Breakfast is plentiful and quickly replenished, and the dining environment is pleasant. Cons: There's room for improvement in the cleanliness details, such as a dead spider hanging from the bedside lamp in the room. The carpet is quite old, and the hairdryer is noisy and overheats excessively.

1) Choose carefully. When I entered the room, someone had clearly used the toilet and not flushed it. 2) The next day, I returned to my room at 3 PM and it still hadn't been cleaned. I called reception to ask about it, and they just said the cleaners hadn't arrived yet. They told me cleaning hours were from 11 AM to 4 PM, but no one came until 3:45 PM. The reception staff were impatient and unhelpful. 3) The WiFi was unstable. When I reported it, they said the technicians had already gone home and wouldn't be able to deal with it until the next morning.
