I have eaten at the Hotel many times over the last few years and its always been excellent. Sadly a group of us went last week and it was awful. The food was cold, over cooked and some quite disgusting. I had an avocado and salmon starter which had very little avocado or salmon and was mainly very soggy tomato, my fish was also soggy , over cooked and cold. My friends mashed potato was obviously made from powdered potato and had a thick dry skin. When she complained they just removed the potato and gave her back the cold meat on its own ! We complained to the receptionist as we were leaving , who didn't seem to care! There are many excellent places for a menu del dia in Monforte so I wont ve going back!

The hotel is wonderful, modern. The personal is very professional.

Second time around... Every thing was great, except; 1). Room was listed as 2 single beds, 1 full bed... It was not! Only one full bed. 2). Requested a room on higher floors & in the back... Got a room in the front

Very friendly and helpful staff. Central location so main sites within walking distance. Everything very clean and room spacious and modern. Very good continental breakfast. Only downside was the fact that there was no bar or evening meal available.

Great Location

Excellent location, close to cafes and shops, short walks to many sights. The hotel rooms are comfortable and modern. I will stay there again
