The hotel is in a good location, very peaceful and quiet place. The service and maintenance are ok, the bed linen and towels are clean. Breakfast is above expectations. However, the hotel requires renovation, because the walls and doors are messy. Dirty. This cannot be cleaned in the regular daily cleaning, but only with a small adaptation - painting, cleaning the joints in the bathroom, etc. We had accommodation with an additional room and a kitchen, but although there is a small hob, we had nothing to heat water in, because there were no pots. The floor in the rooms is ceramic, but there is no carpet, so the feeling is unpleasant. In general, we are satisfied with our stay in Rome, but we could have chosen a better hotel for the same money.
