Room is clean with complete toiletries. Location is close to Malls like Ayala Mall, MOA and Okada. Security is good and surrounding area is safe. There’s an available ATM at the ground floor. Breakfast has a good spread.

Honest review no filter; First i was amaze because the building itself is really jaw dropping at the entrnace the warnth and hospotality but its expectation versus reality Location , i cant say is good nor bad,they should free shuttle bus not only to airport but also to the neasrest station. The service and food was really great and i love the bed very comfort ,i can sleep all day but the other thing is not good The sofa,amenities,towels and etc.and the walling is not soundproof so dont make noise hahhaa Or else your hot topic in the morning(the next door was moaning hahhaah)

Pros : Breakfast is good, food is delicious , must go at 6am, after 7am need to queue for table. Cons : 1) Staring from arrival check in, long queue, we used 1 hour to complete the check in process, their work and system is really slow. 2) Room needs renovations, the cleanliness not as photo shown. 3) No hairdryer provided in room, called for Front desk/room service to send the hairdryer, no one pickup the phone, their service is poor.

GI had a wonderful overnight stay at this hotel and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I immediately felt well taken care of. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The bed was incredibly cozy, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and all amenities were thoughtfully provided. I especially appreciated the little details that made the stay feel special and relaxing. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the atmosphere throughout the property was calm and inviting. Everything was well-maintained and organized, creating a stress-free and enjoyable environment. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, quality service, and a relaxing getaway!t stay! Recommended!
