Kingsford Hotel Manila Bay

Everything is good like the AC is cold, value for money, location wise, great customer service and water heater. However the faucet in the sink is not working fine. It makes you feel anxious because its like it will break anytime when trying to turn it of.

This was our third stay at Kingsford, and once again, we had a great experience. We booked a Superior Twin Room, which was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Although we weren’t assigned a city-view room this time, the relaxing river view was just as lovely. We’re hoping to get a higher-floor room on our next visit. We also enjoyed spending time at Zabana Bar in the lobby, which has a charming retro vibe. The poolside bar was another highlight, and the atmosphere was relaxing, the drinks were excellent, and being beside the pool made the experience even more enjoyable. We also tried the restaurant, and we were impressed by how spacious, cozy, and elegant it was. Special thanks as well to the nurse who was available 24/7 and promptly attended to our medical needs. Their care and assistance made our stay even more comfortable and reassuring.

Had a great stay at Kingsford Manila. The rooms were clean and comfortable, staff were accommodating, and the location was very convenient, especially for going around MOA area. Amenities were nice and the overall experience was smooth and relaxing. Definitely a good choice for a quick staycation or family trip.

The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The rooms smelled fresh, the beds were neatly prepared, and the bathroom was spotless. Housekeeping did a great job every day, and the common areas were also tidy and organized. Overall, I had a comfortable and pleasant stay because of the cleanliness of the hotel.

However, upon arrival, I noticed my luggage handle was broken after collecting it from the baggage area, which caused some inconvenience. Despite this, we still had a good experience overall and appreciated the service.
