This is the most satisfying hotel I've ever stayed at in Thailand! It's incredibly clean, comfortable, and very quiet. But the absolute best part was the service! The front desk staff were so attentive. We needed a driver to the airport last minute, and they helped us find one. It was supposed to be 500 baht, but since I only had 400, they still charged me just 400. Then, I managed to find a Grab car nearby, and when I had to cancel the car they arranged, their attitude was still amazing. I felt so bad about it... A huge thank you to the front desk staff and to the hotel for their incredible service!

Extremely satisfied with the hotel. It was spotless, and the breakfast was decent. We booked a family suite, which was perfect for a family with children. The pool was also clean, and there's a 7-Eleven right across the street.

The hotel provides a tuk-tuk service to the main road, which is convenient for catching the MRT. The walk isn't short, but there's a 7-Eleven and many eateries nearby, so I often stopped to buy snacks on the way back to the hotel. The room was bright with windows all around and even had a washing machine and a balcony, but no drying rack! That was a miss. The room was spacious, and the air conditioning was wonderfully cold, which was a huge plus. The shower had great water pressure, but unfortunately, the drain had a minor issue. Overall, I was satisfied.

The hotel's location is great, and nearby amenities are very convenient. They offer both non-smoking and smoking rooms, which are clean and hygienic. The beds are comfortable, the hotel service is excellent, and it offers fantastic value for money.

It's Thailand! I'm back at Jasmine 59 Hotel, and I'm even happier with my stay this time! First off, as soon as I entered the lobby, I saw the petite Thai beauty at the front desk waving and greeting me. 😍😍 She was so sweet, adorable, and had a lovely smile – I absolutely loved it! Amazing! Then, I got an early check-in at noon and enjoyed complimentary drinks at the restaurant, plus Japanese congee/noodles. The room itself was super comfortable, especially the bed – I slept incredibly well! I'll definitely choose Jasmine 59 again next time I'm in Thailand. Finally, a big thank you again for the hotel's excellent service!
